Safe electric was very professional from the moment I contacted them. First of all they actually answered the phone and within one half hour they were able to schedule an appointment within one hour of my call. We had a huge tree limb fall into our backyard which took out our electrical wires and they quickly came and carefully rewired everything that was needed up to code. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the service. They explain the entire job to us and billed us appropriately. We would recommend them highly without any reservations especially Bryce! And he drove an entire hour from Buckeye Lake to get here which we also deeply appreciated his commitment to the company and to the customer. His assistant also willingly came and worked after hours to complete the job!

Glen is the MAN! I live in Bexley. Had a very annoying problem I could not troubleshoot, and also wanted some light fixtures hung. His prices are fair. His work is great. He is a very intelligent person, and educated me (I love to learn all I can about electricity - I didn't pay attention in 8'th grade shop). He is prompt. He works very clean (when was last time you had someone work in your home that brought his own shop vac in?). So....yes obviously we highly recommend him (and p.s. I am picky who works in my home).

I am essentially a 'non-customer'. I tried to schedule an appointment for some substantial work to be done, but they were a no show twice. After the first missed appointment they called the next day or so to explain that the technician didn't receive the appointment notification. The second no show was yesterday. Unfortunately I'm not making any progress on the work that needs to be done for my family's safety and they are out what could have been a loyal customer.

Used Accurate to restore power to my swimming pool pump. Very responsive and the tech were great. Minor problem after they left, but they came back and made everything right. Highly recommend!

We had them come out to install a chandelier on our 20ft. Ceiling. They were professional, on time and did a great job! They even went back over the chandelier to ensure all the lights were straight before leaving. Would highly recommend

We had several trees removed and several of the outdoor lighting fixture were no longer needed. John and Nate removed the fixtures and were able to cap off the underground wiring so that the fixtures can be used when we replace the landscaping in the spring. Will definitely call them back in the spring. Great work! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!

These guys CANNOT bend conduit. I had them install a few exposed plugs for my business and they finished the job but it looks absolutely horrible. They claimed it wasn’t in the contract any specific way they would install the pipe. I’ll be going with another company for my next job.

Had whole house rewired. Not a easy job. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job. I was impressed. They worked hard and was very tidy in my home. They came in at the best price and were confident it what they do. Very little drywall loss. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was so happy I chose this company. Lazy company, call someone else!

The owners of this company ought to be ashamed of themselves. If you can’t work with immigrants [nb, they are clearly not First Nations themselves] then you have no place in this community or this country.

I signed the contract for a whole house backup generator on August 16, 2022. Every step of the process was more difficult than it needed to be. I had to call for updates as almost nothing was ever communicated to me. I had to pester them to schedule things. After much legwork on my part, the generator was finally installed in late February. As of this writing (May 25, 2023), my generator still does not work, even though it's been paid in full. The techs tested it, but every time we have an actual power outage, it does absolutely nothing. I work from home and the main idea behind getting the generator is that it would protect me from the occasional power outages that happen in the country. So, instead of actually being able to do my job, I have to call to have someone come out and that normally ends with promises that they will come back and fix it later because they cannot correct whatever is wrong with the generator this time. And then burn vacation time because I am physically incapable of doing my work. To say I am frustrated and disappointed is a massive understatement.
