Scott did a great job! Scott even went to the store to get us more supplies. It was kind of expensive but his work was excellent!

We're brand new in Columbus and needed a cable run, and didn't know anything about anyone. So Google helped us out. Well, Mikki is a sweetheart, very friendly and professional. Made an appointment right away. David called ahead of time, showed up on time, and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, and did it. He cleaned up after, which I wasn't expecting since it was just a little dust. And he was *awesome* with my curious, talkative three year old. Very friendly, very professional, great price. Will definitely be using them in the future. Just wish I had friends I could tell!

Edit: a year later --

We had an electrical outlet start arcing, and we called Big City Electric again. Mikki sent David out the same day. He was quick, courteous, and took quite a bit of time to explain what had happened. My son (now four) had been the one to find the problem, and David talked calmly and reasonably with him. He replaced the cover for free, and just charged us the labor. He also recommended several YouTube videos for me to show our older son when he got home from school. I was so pleased with his conscientious attitude toward our children.

We have used Keith's services 4 different times now. Each time, he has done an excellent job. In addition, he responds timely whenever we call, even when leaving a message. He is always polite and professional, as well as willing to explain the projects and options with us. We'll continue to use him when electrical items pop up.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Bob and Arlington Electric was extremely positive. Bob was professional from start to finish - and did an excellent job installing recessed LEDs on two floors of our home. We had one hiccup in our communication but I couldn't have been more pleased with how Bob handled it. I highly recommend him and his work.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Bradley came out to my house this summer to replace old knob and tube wiring at my house. The crew was fantastic and the did great work. There were even a few follow up issues the next week or two and they came out to make sure everything was done properly. I was very appreciative for the work they did.

Countryside made a service call for our Generac generator. The technician pulled into our driveway and proceeded to drive his van in our yard doing extensive damage in the process. When informed of this, their response was sorry. Wow.

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.

I had Ralph and his helper Tyler at my house. I had a new panel upgraded an several lights and outlets installed . They were both very courteous and nice. Ralph went out of his way to explain to me exactly what he was doing. He found a few issues and at first I thought he was trying to sell me for more work but that couldn't be further from the truth. He did a safety check an fixed some serious safety issues i had. As somebody that knows nothing about electricity. I feel that I have a grasp on it now. After, Ralph walked me through and explained things very clearly in which I could comprehend. I cant express how thankful I am to him.I will definatly be using Ralph and pti for all my electrical needs. Just FYI he also noticed my bathroom door which has never closed properly.. It hasn't shut for 3 yrs. Since we purchased this place. After he left I realized he fixed the door for us. He didn't mention it or ask to be paid for it. Which i totally would have.Thats just the type of person he is. If your looking for a reliable company that takes pride in their work and whom you can trust. Look no further than Pti Electric.
