The outlet for our stove started shorting and charring. We also needed an electrical upgrade. So I priced several companies and Safe Electric was the most reasonably priced reputable company with great reviews. The Safe Electric team finished our large project in only two days. Later, when we had a concern about the whole home surge protector after an electrical outage, Safe Electric immediately came out to ensure that the wiring was good. I'm grateful for their professionalism and responsiveness, and am confident we got good value.

I also an appointment with Buckeye Electric that I scheduled online and a week in advance and no one showed on that day or responded to my follow-up call, text, email even after almost one week. I've used their service in the past and they were great, but I will use another service in the future.

We needed outside electrical work done, connecting into the house ..They were easy to communicate with, came on time, worked until job was finished, pricing matched estimate...Will definitely use this Company again!!..

TL;DR - Services are WAY overpriced. Company did not obtain a required permit. Company ghosted me when I tried to have them do as promised. Get all in writing. Confirm licenses and permits before work is done.I hired Mr. Electric to install a new power line and disconnect for an air conditioner I was having installed. For less than an hour's work, they charged me $1200. The only reason I agreed to the price was because I was having trouble finding an electrician willing to do this small job within my time frame.During my HVAC inspection, I discovered that they did not install a breaker in the disconnect, they did not install the correct breaker for the AC in the panel (amperage too high) AND they did not obtain a permit for their work as was promised. My inspection failed because of their lack of professionalism.When I called to complain, I was put in touch with Dion Troiano-Coe who supposedly is a manager for this franchise. He apologized and promised to take care of the panel breaker and permit issue. The tech never showed up on the day he was scheduled. I texted Dion, and he ended up coming out himself, saying the tech got caught up on another job. Dion corrected the breaker issue and confirmed he was getting the permit and would email me a copy. Almost 3 weeks later - no permit. I texted Dion and asked for an update. No response.After another week with no response, I had to go direct with the County, pay for the permit add-on ($75) and schedule the inspection. There is no easy way to contact someone who cares to complain. They are a national franchise operation that hides behind an answering service. BEWARE!

Bob was awesome! Very responsive, very knowledgeable, great guy! He installed the wiring and my electric car charger. Finished earlier then expected. Great job. Going to use him on another lighting job in my house now. Highly recommend. And I am extremely picky!

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

Job was scheduled to be done. Three weeks later and the job isn't done or even started. No one will reply to email or voice mail and rarely will they even answer the phone.

Service was professional and friendly and the problem was solved promptly! I will definitely use again for any electrical concerns.

Good customer service, punctual and completed job in a timely manner.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.

There’s 125 foot of underground for a new electronic gate was more than pleased with the service, and the time would recommend them
