Tyler and Donovan were very professional and made me feel comfortable with my repair options (especially since one of them had to undo my DIY job first). The prices seemed fair, but most of all, I feel they did a good job to get our repairs done timely, kindly, efficiently. Plus they vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves.

Perfect service. Needed to get a networking cord routed through home from basement to top floor. Arrived for estimate on time and offered a quality price. Arrived for installation a few days later. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Hartley. He is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and knows his work so well he can quickly assess any problems that present themselves while he is working and still get the job done in one visit. He does this while instilling trust in the customer that he will do the work appropriately and efficiently. I felt totally comfortable that he knew how to do his job and would complete it satisfactorily. That means a lot to me as I have had other electricians who weren't as adept or dependable, which causes frustration for me as the customer since I am not knowledeable about electrical work and need to depend on the person that comes out to take care of the problem. I couldn't be happier and couldn't thank him enough. He took away the worry of my being without a bathroom light for a week and stepped in and just did the job. No more buzzing kitchen lights and no more lantern in the bathroom. I am a very happy cutomer who will call Mr. Hartley again whenever I have any electrical issues. It is not often that you find someone that can be so trusted, so knowledeable about their work, and so friendly. He is thorough and cares about his customers and their satisfaction with his work. I am posting about Mr. Hartley on my neighborhood blog so that others in my neighborhood can benefit from his expertise and get someone I know to be honest and hardworking.

Put out numerous RFQs, Mr.Electric was the only place to get back to me. Very professional and the communication was great.

We had two outlets die at our house. My husband and our neighbor tried to fix it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Excel Electric and he said look for a GFI switch to reset. It turns out we have a GFI in our garage it was hidden by our son's senior banner. So he helped me fix it just by a phone call. That shows honesty and a desire not to just make money. Good character has been hard for us to find amoung larger contracting companies. We will definitely call him again for work.

Arlington Electric was extremely professional upon arrival. Went over the detailed specifics of all the electrical work needing performed and it was all executed within a 24 hour period, as well as the area being worked in was cleaner than when the work was started. Highly recommend to anyone in the Columbus, Ohio area that wants to trust their electrical needs are performed correctly and promptly at a very reasonable price.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

They did a wonderful job, was very polite, and showed attention to detail and design. Will definitely hire them again for future electrical work!

Good rates on electrical services. The work they did was good and they even cleaned up after them self.

Called for a quote to replace an outlet, they came out next day and took care of it quickly. Nice guys.

Steve just finished working on part of our kitchen, and it was such a wonderful experience working with him. He was able to rearrange his schedule to help us meet a tight deadline, and was so friendly and professional. Even great with our big obnoxious dog. I highly recommend him!

Far from professional and unorganized as a business. Worked for them briefly and wouldn't even pay my last week's paycheck. There are much better options for an electrical contractor than this company, all they care about is maintenance work for their friends.
