Best Panel Installation in Columbus OH

Bob and Mark were great! I felt bad because they were here from 9:30-4:30 because of some bare wires we needed to replace, but they did a great job and did it as quick as they could!Also, I lost my cat for a brief period while they were here. They stopped working and helped me look for her. They didn't have to do that, but they did and because of their advice I found her!I would recommend them to anyone!

I will look elsewhere next time. The quality of work did not meet my expectations as seen in the pictures. Over cut drywall, stripped screws, cracked switch, light fixtures and switch covers not flush, found pieces of grounding wire and fiberglass in each of the rooms. In the 8 hours they were here, they did not finish two of six requested items on the quote.

Owner: You were notified that you would or may need drywall repair after installation, as you admitted in your call to me. You mentioned no other issues with the installation. We gladly fix any issues and warranty all of our work. We service over 800 customers per years so yes, mistakes happen, and once we are aware of the issue we will gladly make any repairs - As you notice from our many 5 star reviews, we do great work, however every once in a while we run into a difficult situation. I suggest reaching out to the office instead of google. Job was completed on 2/12/21. Im curious why you wait till 3/8 to post a review, and why you mentioned nothing about a broken switch or any other issues when you called me about the drywall. Please make sure you get out and enjoy the warm weather!

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. A week later during our phone call you did mention that drywall repair may be needed after installation. It is my mistake for assuming that it wouldn't be for careless workmanship.
I am sure that you and your employees are capable of great work, but this was not an example of that.

I honestly didn't believe it was possible to have such a positive experience while dealing with electrical issues, but Quality Electric truly lived up to their name. I had severe electrical issues with my house. I had multiple electricians visit and give me quotes with various guesses as to what was wrong. All electrics highly trained and incredibly kind electrician showed up and instantaneously diagnosed the problem. He was able to help me get my heat back on (in the dead of winter) temporarily, and then he came and worked all day without break to update my system.

In short, it was the best service experience I've ever had in my life!

James was TOP NOTCH without a doubt! I called him later in the afternoon after part of my home was suddenly without power. He was here within a couple of hours, very professional, and completely prepared to make my repairs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs electrical repairs. Additionally, he will be the first person I call the next time I have any issues or I have any electrical work to be done. Thank you James!!

My HOA was replacing the siding of the condominiums when all of a sudden the power went out as they were working next to the outside building electrical box. The HOA electrician blamed it on my personal electrical panel box and said I would have to get mine replaced. I didn't believe them so I called Paul over and he was extremely helpful and thorough. He went through and diagnosed every possible cause and none of them pointed to my box being the problem. Turns out, the company replacing the siding nailed through and hit the electric line and almost caused a fire. Paul is truly a blessing and knows what he's doing.

With an average of ~5 stars on multiple websites, it is no wonder that I am pleased with the work that was completed and I wanted to pass along my gratitude. The whole process: the initial estimate (Jason), scheduling and the actual work being performed (Mike and Paul); everything was coordinated and efficient, which resulted in quality work.

We have used KAP Electric a few times now and they have always been great. They even helped deal with our home warranty provider to get service covered. We plan on using them for our future electrical needs.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Great company to work with.

We had 6 recessed lights installed in our living room, and they came out at 8:00 AM and were out by noon. The person who came out for the estimate was great at explaining how they would do the job and showed us samples of the lights and switches they use. Plastic taped to walls and floors. The crew did the layout of the lights and got our approval before cutting any holes. We went with the smart switches, and now our recessed lights work with our Alexa system and the wall switches. They patched all the holes so we could paint the wall (corner to corner). They cleaned up after completing the job (you wouldn't even notice that they were there except for our new lights). After leaving, we noticed that one outlet didn't work. We called them, and they sent out another electrician to check the installation to ensure everything was supposed to be and noticed that a wall switch that controlled that outlet was turned off (this didn't stop him from going into the attic to check out the installation). Our home was built in 1959, and we had no overhead lights, so the wall switch controlling that outlet was widespread. We are delighted that we went with this company. Everything was first class. Thanks for a great job.

Bradley Electric has lost our business after previously being our go-to for electrical work. Our patio outlets needed repair: after a strong rain they would trip the breaker, but after a day to dry, we could use our patio lights and fountains again. They came out, cut the patio electric entirely, then said they needed to leave to get a quote written by the owner. That never happened. I had to call back myself, and they said they would return to complete the repair (two weeks later from the original visit). The new techs that arrived the 2nd time had no idea what the work was, and again, said they had to leave because they did not have the time or a quote to work from. Now they have stopped returning my phone calls, and we have no power whatsoever on our patio for the summer.

Bradley Electric had previously replaced our entire home panel 3 years ago, and also installed new electric lines for new ceiling fans in our house -- both of these were successful. It's truly sad to see this company slide into a state of such bad business operations that we will avoid them completely.

Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. I would recommend Electric Medic to anyone in the area, and I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

Glen, Scott, Brittany, Nick, Kyle, & Aiden - I wanted to personally thank you for installing the Generac Standby Generator at my home in Mason, Ohio. The 3 men (Nick, Kyle & Aiden) worked professionally and respectfully in my yard in 90+ degree heat. They carefully pruned the trees and brush to make space for the generator, trenched the underground utility access, and installed and tested the generator unit. They communicated with me throughout the process. They even went above and beyond to check that the appliances in the home were functioning after the utilities had been turned back on. Well done Countryside Electric Team!

Terrific and I did not end up using their service. To explain, I had a short in a residential circuit. I replaced the breaker but that did not work. I checked the boxes on the circuit an nothing was wrong.

That is the extent of my electrical ability so I called three companies. The first two were internet listings and both answered by phone mail. I have yet to hear from either. I then called Waibel Electric since, I have seen their trucks around for years.

To my surprise a real person answered the phone and was able to verify that they would make a service call for my problem. She passed me on to the service supervisor. He took the time to ask me the nature of the problem. He then asked whether I had an attic or whole house fan. He explained they often are the culprit. Sure enough that was the problem causing the short. I was able to fix it myself not requiring a service call this time. I really appreciate the professionalism and help extended over the phone and will call / recommend Waibel if I ever am asked for a referral or need electrical help. This kind of professionalism is rare. The least I could do was follow up on my very positive experience.
