Best Panel Install in Columbus OH

We were in need of getting an estimate on a new panel and wiring in our new house and Matt was willing to meet with us on short notice (we were in the process of purchasing the house and needed to get an estimate before it was too late to back out of the deal). He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and answered all of our questions which made us realize that the electrical system was not as bad as we feared. We did decide to upgrade the panel for our own peace of mind and we are extremely happy with the work done. I believe we got a fair price and the work was done in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to hire Safe Electric again!

We had an issue with a ceiling fan coming loose. I called and they were able to send someone right out the same day. Josh got there around 5pm. He was kind and speedy getting our ceiling fan back up and running. The fan has some scratches so we asked if could give us a quote to replace. We also have some damage to the junction box so he included that in the quote. We definitely We be having him come back to take care of this. Pricing is fair. Josh got the fan up and running for the time being. Thank you so much!

On Wednesday, May 17th, 2023, our electric went out in our livingroom. I called Big City and spoke to David. He stated, he could get someone out the following day. I told him my mom is weak and has stage 3 cancer and when the electric went out, she was stuck in bed. We had extention cords running from upstairs and hooked up to her hospital bed. He was also kind enough to give me his cell phone number. On Thursday, May 18th, 2023 a worker showed up to find the problem. He stated, it was a light switch causing the problem. He fixed it and my mom was so thankful she gave the man money to buy his lunch. About 8 hours later and the electric goes again. The breaker wouldn't work. So, the next morning, I called David again and my husband spoke with him. He gave my husband a few tasks to see what was going on and was told to call him back. I called him back and got no answer so I left a message. I called the company number. I knew, we were going to be stuck with no electric in that room over the weekend. My mom was going to be in the dark. I called again in Monday and left a message and again on Tuesday. No return phone call, nothing. We were ghosted. Now my mom is admitted into the James Cancer hospital. She's been there since Monday and I haven't had time to find anyone to come out because I've been with her. She is hoping to be released on Tuesday the 30th but since it's a Holiday, not sure who I can find to come out before she is released. I'm really disappointed in this company. Maybe they just didn't want to work around my mom's hospital bed even though it has wheels. I'm just sad for her.

We had a stand by home generator. Keith and his team explained what size we needed. He installed it, tested and hooked up the unit to our WiFi. I highly recommend KAP for your electric needs.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my furnace and after several high dollar estimates, Glen Copeland was able to fix my problem with a simple actuator switch which cost less than 20.00 and install was next to nothing! Glen followed up to make sure that the heat was on and that everything was in working order! Excellent customer service and very professional! Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Company diagnosed issue and gave me a quote. When they arrived to do the work they did not have supplies needed/seemed confused on agreed scope of work to be completed. They said they would have to charge me for time to go get supplies even though we had agreed on work order approximately two weeks ago. I called owner to discuss but no response. Very unprofessional.

The sevices was wonderful. I would use them again.

I engaged Waibel to repair a light switch and install a GFI in my bathroom. Eric arrived on time and completed the work within 1.5 hours (including having to leave to purchase a part). Eric was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and even provided some suggestions for my son who is looking to become an electrician after high school. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the work, and think it was reasonably priced. I will be using Waibel for all my future electrical needs. I highly recommend them.
