When I needed to have a circuit checked out for problems, I contacted Safe Electric because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel.The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage.I would highly recommend Safe Electric for any electrical needs. They were reasonably priced, professional, and got the work done right.

James is great! I described to him over the phone my electrical issues. He clearly and professionally diagnosed the problem was with AEP. Long story short... he was 100% right. Any other company would have had to visit my home and charge a fee.

With such honesty and professionalism... he will be the first person I call with any future electrical problems!

Above all, the gentleman who came to do the work was exceptionally courteous, and took what I wanted to do seriously. He listened to my intentions, then came up with an approach plan that would 'section off' the work in groups. Then proceeded to methodically accomplish exactly what I had in mind, and showed me a couple places where he was able to do a bit better than what I had in mind. He didn't waste time, but rather accomplished what he could on one section, then if he needed something, he moved to another section until he had accomplished much for several sections, then went to get what he needed for all and got right back to it. When he needed to change plan because of the house structure, he explained why very clearly, and was able to show me the change and how well it would work. His name was George & he ROCKED!!!

Keith was very professional and easy to work with. He had some great ideas and was thorough with his work. He completed the job timely and was fair priced for the work completed. I would recommend KAP and will most likely use again to complete other various jobs.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my furnace and after several high dollar estimates, Glen Copeland was able to fix my problem with a simple actuator switch which cost less than 20.00 and install was next to nothing! Glen followed up to make sure that the heat was on and that everything was in working order! Excellent customer service and very professional! If I ever have an electrical problem....Excel Electrical Services are my go to guys!!!

We contacted Arlington Electric to update our basement lighting as well as adding some additional outlets through our house. Bob responded promptly, gave detailed feedback to our ideas and provided a detailed estimate. Couldn't be happier with the work that Bob did a few days after receiving the estimate. Great experience with Bradley! Devon and Justin showed up five minutes early, were courteous, personable and informative and got right to work. We had five items to be addressed including installation of two flourescent light fixtures, repair of another one and a few other minor issues with outlets and such. I expected they'd be here for hours but they knocked it all out in just over an hour. We're thrilled with all aspects of the service and are already making our list for other electric-related improvements we'd like to make and plan to have them back soon.

We were quite pleased with the service we received from Electric Medic. The two technicians tracked down the problem and explained what was wrong and how they would repair it. They began with the least expensive. When that didn’t work they took the next step which resulted in the restoration of power.
The fee was quite reasonable.

They did not give me the courtesy of a return call to set up an appointment.
Jenny's excuse was that they are just too busy.
As a past customer, I would not recommend this company to anyone, PLEASE don't waste your time!

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

The guys came out to my property and put in several outlets GFI’s and redirect light fixtures & the installation and cleaned up the mess afterwards ( very professional )

I live 4 mins/2 miles from their offices. They are literally up the street. They wanted $59.00 just to come down the road a couple of blocks give me an estimate for an electrical outlet install. No thanks! Many other electrical contractors in town who will do free estimates and I am sure better work.

I had A-pole barn built and positive electric came out to care of all my needs. Went above and beyond in a matter of days. Trustworthy, reliable and dependable service. Top notch hard find good electricians I highly recommend.

He arrived on time, was professional, respected my home (for example removed shoes when he went in and out) inspected all areas and showed me as well as explained clearly what work needed done. When the heat went out we tried calling other companies, one didn’t show up after scheduling a appointment and another one never called back. Inspired answered right away and came out that evening. We had heat that night.

I couldn't recommend anyone better!!! James, Steve, and Clyde were so professional, friendly, and accomodating to all of our needs and aesthetics when installing several very high up ceiling fans and fixtures. These guys were great to work with!!!
They cared about my home by keeping their work neat and tidy and working with me on how things looked in my home. Not many contractors would want the input of the wife on how things look but as they worked they always asked my input and were happy to accomodate my requests.

The lady from this company showed up 3 hours late and cussed me out over the phone because I cancelled. Based on first impression, this company is not reliable. Be careful.
