Ben and Jack from Safe Electric did an outstanding job laying down an underground electric cable from the well to the pressure tank.Saturday morning 2 weeks ago we lost water pressure, found out it was the leading electric cable from the well to the pressure tank that went bad. Called Safe Electric that day and sent Ben on that Sunday who came out and temporarily got us up and running. Thank you

I had two obsolete computers that had crashed and had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. I needed to harvest the files on them as well as possible. I also wanted to recycle the rest of the information without any PII (personally identifiable information). Quality PC efficiently assisted me with both of these situations and did so at a reasonable price.

Separately, Quality Electric came to my house to replace an old set of track lighting with wall sconces and installed an additional outlet in a walk-in closet. The guy came quickly and did a careful job.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Bob is honest, fair, and very good at what he does. We have a mid-century ranch that has needed a number of electrical issues addressed, including a deteriorating low-voltage electric system affecting nearly half our house. When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

Had another circuit panel added to my existing one. Chris did fantastic work and I could not be happier. He showed up when expected and was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need any electrical work done on the future, this is the place I'm calling without any hesitation.
