I have a job for electric. I took 3 quotes. Mr. Electric was 3x more. When I asked find was to reduce the bid the reply was there would nto be any way to lower the bid. Felt like they didn't want the work. Would not recommend them

We had Keith come out for a home warranty claim and he was fantastic! We had multiple outlets and ceiling fan was not working and he explained everything to me, showed me where the problem was, and fixed the issues! Love this company!

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Bob responded to my email request quickly, communicated often, provided an immediate quote and was even available to complete the work right then. He was professional and even brought his own vacuum to clean up any mess he had made. Very impressed and will definitely use him again!

Company diagnosed issue and gave me a quote. When they arrived to do the work they did not have supplies needed/seemed confused on agreed scope of work to be completed. They said they would have to charge me for time to go get supplies even though we had agreed on work order approximately two weeks ago. I called owner to discuss but no response. Very unprofessional.

PTI is excellent. They gave me a quote for a full service upgrade to replace my old Pushmatic Panel and exterior service. Mr. Closs was recommended by a trusted friend who calls Inspired Heating & Cooling for a variety of residential and commercial services. After my basement flooding remediation, he expertly coordinated the installation of drywall, paint and flooring in my basement. I was impressed he took all measurements personally and tested wall outlets as standard practice. He offered a fair and reasonable estimate, stayed involved and kept me informed, which was appreciated. Since then, he’s serviced both the AC/Furnace units, installed wi-fi enabled devices and wall switches and drafted estimates future updates. For me, having one General Contractor with a team of experts is a no brainer. He’s responsive, reliable and straight forward about what it takes. He's the first person I call and recommended him whole heartedly.

I recently hired Just Right Electrical to upgrade the c/b box in my home in preparation for the instillation of a new central a/c unit. The circuit breaker box and all circuit breakers were replaced in a timely and professional manner. During the instillation we discovered that the main power line was corroded. This discovery was a definite safety concern. Upon further investigation it was concluded that the meter box and the corroded line needed to be replaced. Long story short, all electrical problems that were discovered were coordinated with AEP ( power shut down from the pole to the house) and repaired in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. I was satisfied with the work and clean up and would recommend Just Right Electrical to any of my friends and associates that had any electrical needs.

Technician James was prompt and courteous, even when faced with major unexpected complications in the job. He applied all the additional effort with great focus and determination. He reconnected and labelled all the circuits in the house and restored power within the first day, with no failures.

The owner of the company is a racist, hateful person. They are just horrible, rude and terrible at their job. Please take your business somewhere who really about their work and reputation.

Would not recommend. We hired them to replace our electrical panel, install new light fixtures and new recessed lighting. On our electrical panel about half of the switches are labeled unknown and our recessed lights make a loud buzzing noise. When we asked them to come back and look at the recessed lights, the guy just said well I can't hear anything. Now we have to pay another electrician to come and fix them.
