Very friendly and professional... Did the job in two days and notified us very step of the way...

I called for appointment, the earliest date was 7 days out. The day of the appointment, Master of fact, 1 hour before arrival time Jessica called and told me they were inundated with calls and they needed to cancel my scheduled appointment. My appointment was made 7 days ago and so the calls they were so overwhelmed with occurred today. In another words, my business or money is not good enough for Mr Electric. Well Mr Electric, your expertise is not good enough for me. Only getting a 1 star because I cannot go lower

Anthony and Charles were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly and were respectful (kind with my dog and wore booties in the house). They took the time to explain the problem and then fixed it for me. They also took the time to point out a couple of other electrical things to keep an eye on going forward. I was happy with my service today.

Amazing service! My dryer outlet was bad and they showed up within an hour of me calling and had it diagnosed and fixed quickly! Was so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services ?

Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

Our experience with Bradley Electric was excellent. Anthony and Ethan were amazing!!! They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and took care of our home by wearing protective footwear and cleaned up when the project was finished. I really appreciate the fact that they spent a considerable amount of time wrapping their heads around the project to come up with the best course of action to achieve my goals for the work. I was always kept informed of the work that was being done to ensure that I approved of the placement of the conduit lines and holes that would be placed in my walls. Overall, this was a great experience!! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the Bradley team. I’ll definitely be using you in the future!

Courteous and rapid response. The rates are a little bit higher than I would have like but it's worth it for the quality of service and knowing the job is done correctly. Their billing system is a little weird but once you understand it you can adjust the job to get the best value
