Wife & I had them come out to troubleshoot a non-starting partial home generator. The electricians were very polite & friendlyHowever, we were shocked to find out that the neither the trip fee ($69) nor the diagnostic fee ($364) would go toward any repairs. Most companies we’ve hired for other services charge no more than $150 total for the trip & diagnostic fee, which also goes towards repairs. We ended up paying over $800 for a new battery ($276 with no info regarding brand, CCAs or warranty) & essentially a tune up (replaced spark plug, oil, oil filter & air filter). Your company needs to be more transparent with customers regarding the diagnostic fee prior to the appointment.Also, it is a given that any reputable company drug tests & runs background checks on its employees or independent contractors before sending them to clients’ houses. And it’s safe to assume that at least one of the electricians sent to customers’ homes is licensed. The company van was not fully stocked after all as it did not have the required battery, requiring more time to complete the job & thus more time out of our schedules. None of these ‘unique’ qualities of Safe Electric justify the exorbitant prices. I’ve never left a bad review on Google before today & don’t like doing this. However, the lack of transparency & upfront pricing is really upsetting.

I hired Quality Electric to do a panel replacement / upgrade and to do some runs to my garage for a series of outlets as well as a 240V line for a garage heater. I can't say enough about how great everything came out. Installation of the garage conduit / outlets is perfect and the quality of the work was top notch for the whole job. Thanks to TJ and Joe for knocking all of that out in a day! Thanks to Charlie for the competitive quote to get all this done. I'd highly recommend Quality Electric to anyone. I'll be using them again for future work too

Tyler was great, very polite and patient with me, as I was on a conference call when he arrived much earlier than scheduled - I had indicated this was ok and desired if their schedule opened up. In short, Tyler arrived approximately 2-3 hours after my initial call, diagnosed the outage problem and another nagging issue we were having with some inactive plugs. Everything was resolved quietly and quickly in under an hour, and he was able to make some recommendations as to how to prevent future recurrence. Great experience, highly recommend.

The owner Bob is very skilled as an independent business owner and has a great personality. He is a good communicator and reviews with you what he is going to do and is very good at asking you what you want. He offers suggestions that ultimately makes the project better. Great guy, great electrician and wonderful to work with. Overall, a great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bob to others.

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

I had problems with my new backup generator since another electrician (not so good) replaced the 10 year old one with a more powerful one I had acquired. He neglected to rewire the main entry panel and our household lighting and electronics were always burping.

I heard of CountrySide and that they specialize in Generac generators. Even though I didn't buy the generator from them (as I had it already) they were glad to come out to inspect and found the significant wiring error right away. The home was not properly isolated.

They scheduled and appointment and were right on time. The tech was very friendly and even let me watch, learn and assist. He also found that the other electrician used the totally wrong mainline cable (a code and fire hazard). A very thick and different cable was needed but he didn't have one on the truck. He actually drove to the local Home Depot to try to find it and when HD didn't have it he called back to the office and they dispatched a 2nd tech with the proper cable(while he was working on the internal rewiring) at no extra cost. All in all the quoted 1 afternoon job was done in exactly one afternoon with minimal disruption to home power as they did all the pre-work and only cut power to replace the mainline cable.

Since they fixed it, the lights don't dim, the electronics work perfectly and the generator is running at top notch! I plan on using them for other upgrades and installations in the future.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

One of their decal laden pickups tried to run me off the road today. Admittedly, I'm still a little heated, but using the company car to push around smaller vehicles doesn't seem like a good business model. Fortunately nobody was hurt, and there is no need to involve police. However it feels like safety should be a bigger concern for those who work with electricity.

OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.
