Best Light Fixture in Columbus OH

I had three outdoor lights replaced and a new outlet installed in my basement and decided to go with Safe Electric after I received a quote from them. Eric was the lead technician who did the original quote and then came back to do the work with the help of an additional electrician (unfortunately I don't remember his name). Both Eric and the second electrician were great - both very friendly and efficient. Eric explained the work that they did and made sure I didn't have any outstanding questions before they left. I would highly suggest Safe Electric if you are looking for electrician services!

We had them out to add an additional outlet in the garage to service our irrigation control panel. they arrived on-time, as scheduled and performed the work quickly. we will definitely utilize their services again.

Ive used quality for my last few electrical issues and they are the best. They do great work and patiently explained things to me on what they were doing and suggestions. They are priced fairly on the last couple jobs that i didnt even bother with another quote from anyone this time.

It's a real struggle to find good professionals these days. You call the run of the mill companies and they give you insane five figures quotes. You read reviews online and you don't know what's real. I'm so thankful that a coworker recommended Jim. He came, found the problem immediately and fixed it in no time. The electrician did a great job of fixing my entertainment center. The old unit was making some weird noises and he got everything back to normal in no time. I'll be sure to call him again the next time I need a new appliance fixed!

I was going to replace my switch when I found out that This company is a certified provider. After checking their reviews, I decided to give them a call. They are affordable and have great customer service. They completed the job in less than an hour.

I called this morning and Paul was able to come out a few hours later. Original call was for one of the breakers tripping. He troubleshot and fixed issues from someone else's work as well. He was knowledgeable, communicated what was going on and straight to the point. Very reasonable rates. Definitely recommend.

I had a house fire last month. Everyone is safe, but the house is going to need a lot of work. We had an electrician from Efficient come out to restore power to a basement outlet so I could run my irrigation system. On May 26th he said not only did he get the outlet powered, he resorted power to the house for the contractors to use for their power tools while rebuilding the house. I went to the house on 5/27 to plug in my irrigation system and there was no power. I turned on lights throughout the house and still no power. I plugged items in outlets throughout the house and there wasn’t power. So I called and complained. The electrician’s supervisor told me that he did restore power the the whole house and the outlet for my irrigation system. So now I’m very upset. I went to the burned house with a lamp, blender, and iPhone with charger. I made a video of myself plugging everything into the outlet he said had power and plugged the items into outlets throughout the house to PROVE there was no power!!! I decided to get another electrician. The new guy from a different company restored power to the outlet and showed me that the guy from Efficient DIDNT do what he told his supervisor over and over that he did! Every single wire in the fuse box was dangling and none of the wires were labeled. I do not recommend this company at all! They totally lied to everyone involved.

The electrician is incredibly skilled at what he does! He actually cares about the quality of his work! I was really impressed with his professionalism, particularly his attention to detail when he cleaned up after installing the light fixture and made sure I was satisfied with his job. He is an outstanding representation for Top Notch! I will absolutely call again if I ever want the services of an electrician again!

We're brand new in Columbus and needed a cable run, and didn't know anything about anyone. So Google helped us out. Well, Mikki is a sweetheart, very friendly and professional. Made an appointment right away. David called ahead of time, showed up on time, and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, and did it. He cleaned up after, which I wasn't expecting since it was just a little dust. And he was *awesome* with my curious, talkative three year old. Very friendly, very professional, great price. Will definitely be using them in the future. Just wish I had friends I could tell!

Edit: a year later --

We had an electrical outlet start arcing, and we called Big City Electric again. Mikki sent David out the same day. He was quick, courteous, and took quite a bit of time to explain what had happened. My son (now four) had been the one to find the problem, and David talked calmly and reasonably with him. He replaced the cover for free, and just charged us the labor. He also recommended several YouTube videos for me to show our older son when he got home from school. I was so pleased with his conscientious attitude toward our children.

This is my second time using KAP electric. I have been pleased with the quality and price of the work.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

He was quick and helpful. He was also willling to help me over the phone before even coming out to my home.

Bob was great to work with through the whole experience. He installed an entirely new circuit panel (old one still had pushmatics) and installed breakers to protect ungrounded receptacles. He was professional, on time, and very responsive to all texts and emails. I would highly recommend and will be using him for future electrical needs at my house.

I had a tech come out on warranty service 22 days after closing.for a ground fault problem.im not sure if the problem is fixed because I discovered he had cut all of the ground wires to the switches will be contacting them today.
