Tom and Brendan had their hands full between an anxious homeowner (me) , an extremely outdated electrical panel and a power line that was not properly attached (nor up to code) on my house. I am very pleased with their professionalism, patience and diligence in getting the work completed. I will be using them in the future for additional upgrades to my home. Power went out in my commercial freezer storing a significant quantity of food. I called 3 other electricians, whom stated it would be 2-12 hrs before they could show up. Paul of Confident Electric answered and promised to be onsite within 1 hr. He arrived in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, contacted AEP to help get power restored. Got us back up and answered a ton of my questions during the whole process. Outstanding service and support!

Christian was early to the job and very professional. My electric decided to behave while he was there so he fixed a different outlet for me no problem. This is my first house and I’ve never had to call for an electrician before and Christian at Big City Electric did not disappoint! I will be using them for an electrical needs in the future.

Hands down Higher Power Electric is the absolute BEST electrical contractor in Columbus. They recently installed some can lighting and various other light fixtures in my kitchen and I am 100% satisfied. Pat was very helpful in helping me pick the lighting placement and gave me some really good suggestions in regards to lighting above my cabinets. I'll certainly call them back next time! Good service fair pricing

Drivers beware! Actually adhering to their
touting of growth and training from within and opportunities to grow would be nice. They also need to evaluate their workplace ethics and employee behavior in the warehouse in Grove City as some of the employees and management there are very disrespectful to other employees in that particular environment. Cannot say enough good things however regarding the foremen and people out on the jobsites.
