I wish I could give more than five stars. Jim was able to arrive early and fixed three issues in less than an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing very clearly. Very reasonable price for all of the work that he did.

I hired Confident Electric to add an additional electric box in my garage for my woodworking tools. Paul was prompt and courteous. He finished the job within the time frame he gave me, and his price was reasonable. He did a wonderful job with running the electric, and he even cleaned up after himself when done! I have since hired him to hang a fan and change a switch for me, and have received the same great service. I highly recommend him to do any electrical work you need done.

Great Company that I founded

We got off to rough start due to some miscommunications. I was ready to call a different company. But got it scheduled and they sent Christian to do the job. He made me glad I hadn't called another company. He was right on time, professional, helpful and great at his job. Got the job done at fair price. I will definitely call Big City next time I need a qualified electrician.

I lost partial power at my home and called 2 electricians. The first was willing to make an appointment but refused to give price. This company (Bradley) gave price but advised I first contact my electric provider since they would possibly remedy at no cost to me. Bradley Electric was correct to advise this and my electricity provider fixed the issue. Bradley Electric is an honest company.

Sam installed a new wire circuit from a panel to my dryer and installed a 4 wire pigtail on my dryer. He also installed new 30 amp breaker plus 2 ground rods and new wire from the panel. He was professional, on time and did quality work.

We have used Higher power several times before and they have always been great to work with!

I am really excited to share my review and I never do these reviews. I just never imagined that I would be so satisfied with everything Cody did at my home. I had so many things that needed done and still have more and was really anxious about getting it done but so overwhelmed by how much I thought it would cost. I only wanted to get estimates for what I absolutely needed and a couple things I have been wanting to do. I had one estimate at which I was pretty sure and afraid of facing, was probably very close to what most electricians would charge. I wanted to get one more estimate just to see because I knew I would probably not be able to get everything done I wanted because of the cost. I just happened to come across Cline eleceltrical and saw all the good reviews, but noticed there wasn't a lot like some of the others, so my thoughts were that he was probably just starting up and hadn't had time or enough recognition to build his clientele and decided to call for an estimate. Best decision I ever made!! Cody came right away to give me an estimate and scheduled to come the following week to do the work! Not only was I shocked about the price difference, which was a HUGE difference, I was very impressed by his eagerness to help, but his professionalism with his work and how very thoughtful and kind he was about my concerns. I would and will be telling anyone who needs an electrician to take a chance on him because I promise you will be so happy you did. I know my review is long, but I am so happy about being able to get the things done I needed without having to be upset with how much I had to pay from my savings. I also am looking forward to having some more things done since he didn't break my bank, I can afford it and that makes me so happy. By the way Cody installed 2 brand new ceiling fans, replaced an old one, put in a new bathroom vent and light and updated 25 outlets and worked from 8 to 8 so he could finish for me. Plus a bonus of removing 3 dead squirrels in my attic that he found up there. Can't wait to use him again for more work. Thanks Cody you are awesome and all the work you did has made me very happy.

When the power went out, we expected the generator to come on—but it didn’t. I was panicked, we are old people who cannot tolerate temperature extremes due to medical issues. When we called Countryside Electric, even though all the service techs were out on other calls, I could tell that Brittany, the office manager, truly cared and wanted to help. You know what I mean—with some businesses, you can tell it’s just business. But she really cared that someone was panicked and needed immediate help. The first thing she did was try to talk my husband through the process on the phone, and while he was able to go outside and get the generator running, we discovered a few minutes later that power had not transferred to the house—so I called back a second time.

Brittany contacted a technician (I later found out he is her husband) who by luck was nearby, and he was at our house in less than a half hour. I understand that we were lucky—but had she not cared, she wouldn’t have gone to the trouble to see if anyone was in our neighborhood, and just put us on the list instead. Kyle, the technician, quickly located the problem, and got it running properly. We were told we’d need to switch the house back to the regular electrical supply manually when the power came back on.

Around eleven o’clock at night, it occurred to me that the power might come on after we went to bed, and I didn’t know what would happen if we didn’t know until morning. Could it damage the generator, hurt our circuitry, start a fire? I was ready to stay up all night to make sure we were awake to handle the transfer when the power came back on. So I called Countryside Electric, to find out if it was safe to go to bed, and as late as it was, I got a call back from Kyle in less than ten minutes—amazing! I found out later that he’d been up since four in the morning, and still had service calls to finish! But he took time to reassure us that nothing bad would happen if we went to bed. I was REALLY impressed that he took the time to call us, considering how hectic his day had to have been. He came back a few days later and determined that for some reason unusual conditions had prevented the transfer switch from working as it should, but showed my husband what to do in the unlikely event that it ever happened again. Apparently the electricity had blinked off and then on so many times that the mechanism was confused about whether or not our electrical supply was crying wolf, and it had concluded it was a false alarm. At the same time we discovered that our sump pump was not wired into the control panel, so Kyle will be coming back to fix that for us.

Kyle and Brittany went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a company in an emergency, and I can’t express how grateful I am not to have had to evacuate my home. Thanks to their diligence, we were only without power for about an hour! I also would like to add that they serviced my generator the past few times, and their pricing is very competitive. I couldn’t be happier.

They helped get my job done after another contractor quit in the middle of it and did quickly. Will use them again in the future

I would give 0 stars if i could. Had them add a breaker and run a line to add a/c to my home, they used a used 20 year old breaker that was crooked and did not fit and then left bare wire outside. I haf to point out the problems so they could be fixed. She was supposed to do an inspection on the outlets and lied and said she did when all she did was sit at the kitchen table while i was outside for 2 minutes came back in she said she was done, i knew of one problem with a light switch and asked her what she thought about it and she had to ask me what was wrong with it(obviously no inspection was done) then tryed to charge me 100 for an inspection. Then after they left she cursed me and said she was going to sue me, just like i see on here that she is going to sue a few more people lol. Every aspect of my experience was horrible and very unprofessional. The vans are so beat up and dirty and have bugs and smell like noone has showered in months, i do not recommend this company for anything nor would I trust any of the work they do, they should be shut down, the people that she has working for her are absolutely not certified, she told me herself. Trust all the bad reviews on here and go with someone else.
