I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. When it comes to something as scary and difficult as electric, I become a very picky person and don't want to use just anyone or try to find someone that's going to do it for cheap. We used Safe Electric a year ago and were very impressed with them from beginning to end. We knew we would be using them again if we ever needed anything. This year we needed them! And it was a huge project. We added an addition to our house and they were prompt, communication was amazing, work was done on time, and even though electric can be expensive, you get what you pay for! I want to personally thank the guys who did all the work! Bob, Eric, and Donnie. You guys were so nice and talked us through everything. We won't ever use anyone else! Thank you!!

I schedules two appointments. First one they didn't show up as he said the technicians don't want to work past 3:30 cuz it's Friday (even though appointment was scheduled between 3-4) and second time just didn't bother showing up or offer explanation or apology. And from the reactions of the business owner to the comments here I can see that he is not professional nor stoic, the way he will probably react to this review as well.

We purchased a home built in 1904. The first item of business was updating all electrical to code, some of it was still knob and tube. I called a couple places and initially was not greeted favorably when I explained our needs. Charlie was completely different. He showed up, explained what needed to be done, followed up with estimates, and his crew who spent almost 2 weeks updating our home was very communicative and professional. We will definitely use them again.

Paul from Confident Electric provided me with top notch service. He helped me troubleshoot my wire shortage and quickly developed a resolution to restore my patio lighting. He was able to squeeze me in on the same day that I called. I will definitely be using their services again.

Remove wires from existing panels. Connect range hood. Install 2 new circuit breakers for range and refrigerator. Install 3gfci in kitchen.

Keith was very responsive to our needs. He was also very professional and did excellent work for us. He had the ability to think outside the box by coming on a weekend which worked better for us. He is your man if you have electrical needs.

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

While driving home I saw a van in traffic advertising “Undefined Heights Electric” I called the number and they were at my home the next day!! Very professional, thorough, and timely. Glen, Scott, Brittany, Nick, Kyle, & Aiden - I wanted to personally thank you for installing the Generac Standby Generator at my home in Mason, Ohio. The 3 men (Nick, Kyle & Aiden) worked professionally and respectfully in my yard in 90+ degree heat. They carefully pruned the trees and brush to make space for the generator, trenched the underground utility access, and installed and tested the generator unit. They communicated with me throughout the process. They even went above and beyond to check that the appliances in the home were functioning after the utilities had been turned back on. Well done Countryside Electric Team!

First appointment was good. Great service at the time but was told we would get a call for a follow up on that Monday and no call. Called them Wednesday had to follow up ourselves to get on schedule and was told someone would be here at 7:30-8am and was going to be the first ones of the day and 5 hours later no one showed up and I canceled. Just going to look for another electrician to fix my problem. Wanted to stay local but options are limited for us.

I'm very impressed with Converse Electric. The customer service is top notch. When you call, you are treated like a valuable customer. Melinda set everything up and made the process smooth. When the electrician was finished, he called me and explained everything he had done. I found them to be trustworthy and fair. Highly recommend.

Granted, it is the same day as the repair but I feel confident anything that could be done to fix it was completed. Mitch was patient with all our questions and gave us the best solution for our issue. If anything goes wrong, I know he will be back to take care of it. At this time I am very pleased with the service.

I contacted Lawson Surge Electric to get a quote on a wiring issue in my home. I had a quote from another. Company that seemed extremely high. Turns out the other company was charging me for more than I needed and was almost 3 times higher than what Lawson surge electric was charging.. Mr. Lawson was so professional, knowledgable and helpful. I was so pleased with his work that I'm will be using his services for some other electric work I need.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.
