5/10/2022: Had an electrical issue with a downstairs bathroom that wasn't working properly. Even after a different electrician couldnt figure out the problem, Ben and his apprentice Reece diagnosed the problem incredibly quickly and gave advise/solutions as to how to move forward...They even found additional issues with some things that weren't done up to code.I've said it before and I'll say it again: they are any homeowner/investors dream when it comes to electrical issues or advice. Safe Electric hires high caliber people that do high caliber work. It also pays to be on their Safety and Savings plan - highly recommend!---01/2021: From the very start, Safe electric was phenomenal. Safe was incredibly professional and had someone to my house the same day I called.It only got better from there. Ben and Eric arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, educated us on the issues, and fixed what another electrician missed. I wont use anyone else except for them going forward. If you need knowledgeable, professional, and friendly electricians who can tackle any problem...Safe is the way to go. Worth every penny!

Keith at KAP Electric was great to work with. He wired up our basement when we had it finished and ran an outlet for an EV to our garage. He was very easy to work with, punctual, and had fair pricing. I have recommend him to friends and family.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

I've used Bradley Electric several times over the year and like the quality of their work. I didn't give five stars because I had one service call where the guys seemed rushed, so they didn't get every item on my list completed, but I don't have any complaints about the actual work done or the price. I continue to use them for electrical services.

After a certain big box retailer botched a dryer hookup, Waibel was able to send out someone within a day to fix the issue and even uncover a bigger issue with the washer! Chris was fantastic - professional, personable and definitely getting more of my business as I learn more about this old house!

Receptionist Hung up on me when i was calling in about a project i needed help with. We have a generator removal project we were looking to get a quote on and when you call in she greets you with a very scripted 'thank you for making it a brighter day here at Converse Electric' and before i could finish she told me 'no thanks' and hung up the phone. I will be calling Converse Electric's competitors to give them my business. First impressions say a lot. I am thankful they showed me how rude they are on the first call instead of learning the hard way.

Terrible experience. Made several mistakes but were always nice so I had them back.

This time they really messed up damaging my wall and installing a single light switch on a metal two gang box protruding from my wall in a finished room. It was originally a single switch - they cut a hole in my wood wall to put in the horrible metal double gang box. I specifically asked them not to install anything unusual without talking to me. Ignored my instructions.

They promised weeks ago to come back. Even had a workable solution but suddenly withdrew offer to fix it. Hiding behind we had to bring it up to code. No. You do not get to come into other peoples’ home and do whatever you want in the name of code. There were other code solutions that another electrician will have to work.

The electrician, Jay, did a great job on the installation of a new panel and subpanel for a generator. The wiring looks neat and he limited the inconvenience of not having power to the house on a cold day to a minimum while still ensuring its safe and proper installation. He was also considerate of my other appliances around the worksite and cleaned up after himself. Will definite recommend and use for future projects.

Ivan was the electrician sent to me. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and offered up many solutions to fit my budget. He was very speedy yet thorough in fixing my service panel and will be coming back for more work which he carved out of his schedule to fit me in as to not wait several weeks on the repair. Would recommend them to anyone!

Very prompt and courteous service.

This was the second time that we had asked David and his team for help. Our aging dog was having difficulties going down steps, so David designed a platform connected to a ramp that he could use to exit his dog door. Our dog - and my husband and I - are super happy. Our dog loves having the freedom to go and and out as he pleases. My husband and I appreciate not having to keep an eye on the clock so we can walk him at the appropriate time. My thanks to David and his team for a fabulous job. Highly recommend.
