Best Generator System in Columbus OH

I schedules two appointments. First one they didn't show up as he said the technicians don't want to work past 3:30 cuz it's Friday (even though appointment was scheduled between 3-4) and second time just didn't bother showing up or offer explanation or apology. And from the reactions of the business owner to the comments here I can see that he is not professional nor stoic, the way he will probably react to this review as well.

GREAT turn-around!!! When you rely on your computer and don't have time to wait 3-4 days like some other companies take, this company cares about getting it done within the shortest amount of time ! They
know what they are doing, and are reasonable too. Very happy & referred them to a couple of my contacts.

Dude was working on lights in my store and couldn't get me pricing in a week then decided to not take the job anymore. Really left me hanging.

Excellent service and job well done. Great communication and easy scheduling. Serviceman was prompt and punctual and answered all of our questions.

Very impressed with this young man. He worked hard to get our electric back on due to the weather. What I admired most was his dedication to this company. He expressed how much he enjoyed his employment, how organized it was and fair to the customers. You should be thankful to have such a good employee who loves his job, it shows.

I called Big City Electric due to another electrician that came out but then never got back to us for some additions we needed at Numotion. Very responsive and punctual. Great estimate also, even saved a few hundred dollars by using them. Came out on time and got the job done fast! Thanks guys!

Keith came out right away to assess my needs and within two days he had made all repairs. He was polite and sincere, above all honest. I highly recommend him.

Bob was great to work with through the whole experience. He installed an entirely new circuit panel (old one still had pushmatics) and installed breakers to protect ungrounded receptacles. He was professional, on time, and very responsive to all texts and emails. I would highly recommend and will be using him for future electrical needs at my house.

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

Workmanship is good in areas visible to inspetors, but a little lackluster in hidden areas. Check out this recepticle they installed with a very loose neutral wire and two ground wires on one screw. The ground screw pops out so far that the recepticle tilts sideways in the junction box. For as much as we paid them, I would have expected better workmanship. They also connected 7 x 12 guage wires in a single red wire nut rated for up to 5. Caused the wire nut to buckle and resulted in a loose connection. I shouldn't have to double check the work that my electrician does.

Overall they're very professional and much better than many other electricians I've dealt with, just be sure to double check their work.

Completed the installation of a bathroom fan in very little time. The pair who was here did an excellent job of communicating what they needed to do. They were positive and a lot of fun.

We had a new central air unit put in last year and they did excellent work. Today Dustin and Clint were here to check furnace and clean ductwork. Couldn't have asked for anyone more personable. Very nice as well as responsible.

Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Nate was very professional and on time for our scheduled appointment. Nate did a great job!

Called Ken for an estimate & he came out 2 days later & then gave me the estimate 3 days later. Scheduled the job for @ 3.5 weeks later. All good to this point.
The night before the job Ken called to ask if we can move the appointment as he didn't finish a job that day. No problem - scheduled it for 1 week later. Ken then No-showed for the job. Called him numerous times that day to find out if he was still coming or if there was an issue. None of my calls were answered & none were returned.
Wasted 5 weeks when I could have found someone else to do the job that they claimed they could do. Now I have to start over.
