I schedules two appointments. First one they didn't show up as he said the technicians don't want to work past 3:30 cuz it's Friday (even though appointment was scheduled between 3-4) and second time just didn't bother showing up or offer explanation or apology. And from the reactions of the business owner to the comments here I can see that he is not professional nor stoic, the way he will probably react to this review as well.

Quality PC was such a big help when my lap top crashed. I received very polite and responsive help. Better yet my computer was restored and working great in a few days. I will definitely use them again.

This phone number will route you to a large call center that will collect your personal information and then try to get you signed up to receive marketing about all sorts of other things (plumbing, etc) and then at the end of the call will just give you the names and numbers of actual electricians. Don't recommend calling, they are not local and they are not electricians.

I was very surprised to find a great electrician out at my house. I had called around but didn't really have a lead on who to use and who could do the job. The electrician was able to come the same day and finished my project early. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I need help!

Need the services of Mr Electric, part of Mr Rooter (also used this excellent service) for a lamp in the yard that had issues. Ivan was professional and nice. Fixed the lamp in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. Also had a whole house surge protector placed, made the hole in wall bigger than needed. Also received a quote from another company which places surge protectors and it was a couple of hundred dollars less. This came after I let Mr. Electric place my surge protector. Suggest shopping around a little for better quotes. Lost 2 stars due to pricing and the too large hole in the wall where device was installed.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!
