Not only did I get a service call the same day, but the technician arrived ahead of schedule, communication was excellent, and I was very pleased with the technician’s ability to find the problem and correct a mistake by another contractor. It was one of the bright spots of my day! I highly recommend Safe Electric and won’t use any other company in the future.

5 years ago we had Jim do the electrical in our room addition at our previous home, he did a terrific job.

A year ago we moved into our new build home. Although the original electric was done by a company through our builder we realized we needed a couple of outlets added. Called Jim and he put us on his schedule. Today he came out and added 3 outlets. Can;t say enough about the quality and professionalism. He's our go to guy for electric.

The office staff and electricians are quite pleasant. To put it another way, they were accommodating and perceptive. Extensively helped us and showed us grace. They went so far as to swap out a two-prong outlet and a light switch for us to rule out any other potential causes. Reservations are simple to make. It's simple to convey ideas. Profoundly advocate for!

We were quite pleased with the service we received from Electric Medic. The two technicians tracked down the problem and explained what was wrong and how they would repair it. They began with the least expensive. When that didn’t work they took the next step which resulted in the restoration of power.
The fee was quite reasonable.

Countryside made a service call for our Generac generator. The technician pulled into our driveway and proceeded to drive his van in our yard doing extensive damage in the process. When informed of this, their response was sorry. Wow.
