I called on a Thursday, they came out Friday morning to replace the sockets in our garage. The guys were on time, professional, and courteous, and were finished in about an hour. Everything works again, very happy with the service.

Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

I recently had a fairly large project done by Big City Electric and was very happy with the service, level of communication and end result.

I was having a hard time finding a good electrician to work on my 100 year old house, when a family member (with an equally old home) gave me the recommendation for Big City Electric.
We had them replace/rewire the existing Knob & Tube throughout the house, install new outlets, switches, install new ceiling lights and a couple new ceiling fans. We also upgraded our electric panel.

With a project like ours, damage to walls is inevitable. Big City Electric went out of their way to minimize damage/holes even if that meant taking the longer and harder route. They also were very careful with controlling the dust and cleaned up very well every day they were here.
They always made sure to keep me informed to what was going on and didn't have a problem explaining things to me when I had a question.
I'll admit, there were a few hiccups along the way, but Big City Electric was quick, responsive and easy to deal with to remedy any issue that popped up. I could really tell they wanted to make sure they left me a happy customer, and that they did.

I would definitely recommend Big City Electric for any electrical work needed to be done.

KAP Electric came out and installed a new outlet in my down stairs bathroom. They gave us a price upfront and did exactly what they said they were gonna do. They also cleaned up after themselves. I will have them come out to do more electrical work in the future!!

Hired Buckeye Electrical to install 3 pieces of machinery in my business. Great communication before the job started. They showed up right on time and did great work. Would definitely recommend.

Brian came today to fix an electrical problem my condo is having and could not have been nicer or more professional. The problem is with AEP and he tried his hardest to get it resolved today but wasn't able to and it wasn't because he didn't try. I have him scheduled when AEP can meet him here to do the repair. So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
