What appeared to be $100 worth of materials and 3 hours of labor for roughly $1100. Seemed pricey to me. The work could have been neater but I would give you an average rating. Electrical knowledge seemed good and personnel was courteous and personable.

Bryan, Charles, and Christian came and wired our basement. I had so many questions because I want to make sure the basement is perfect for our boys! They didn’t hesitate to answer any of them. They completed everything in a timely manner. They changed/added options at my request and was very professional. I appreciate great customer service especially with last minute changes.

Great Service! I called a friend of mine and asked for an honest electrician to fix our melted outlet that caused 3 rooms to lose power. I told him if we needed to wait a couple days that we could. He knew our child's room was also without electric. He came right out within an hour! Found out it was just the outlet. I was so worried I was going to get advice that my entire house needed rewired or something. He even vacuumed his mess afterwards. I have never seen a contractor do that. If you are looking for an honest and fast electrician this is the guy. Thank you a ton Glen you are awesome.

I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Workmanship is good in areas visible to inspetors, but a little lackluster in hidden areas. Check out this recepticle they installed with a very loose neutral wire and two ground wires on one screw. The ground screw pops out so far that the recepticle tilts sideways in the junction box. For as much as we paid them, I would have expected better workmanship. They also connected 7 x 12 guage wires in a single red wire nut rated for up to 5. Caused the wire nut to buckle and resulted in a loose connection. I shouldn't have to double check the work that my electrician does.

Overall they're very professional and much better than many other electricians I've dealt with, just be sure to double check their work.

Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. Brian came today to fix an electrical problem my condo is having and could not have been nicer or more professional. The problem is with AEP and he tried his hardest to get it resolved today but wasn't able to and it wasn't because he didn't try. I have him scheduled when AEP can meet him here to do the repair. Had another circuit panel added to my existing one. Chris did fantastic work and I could not be happier. He showed up when expected and was very knowledgeable and professional. If I ever need any electrical work done on the future, this is the place I'm calling without any hesitation.

OH Lic# 25186 an elderly agent driving this van had parked in front of my truck at 700 am. The customer indicated which door I needed to dock, so I started to get the tail lined up. Another agent was parked directly in front, preventing me from pulling forward. I politely approached him and asked if he could move his vehicle for a moment so I could open the doors to the trailer. The guy in 25186 cut my sentence short and began arguing with me. He then proceeded to insult and belittle me for how I choose to operate my truck. I've been driving for 10 months. I don't do anything unless there's a good reason. I have enough to deal with while I'm on the road. A poor demonstration of professionalism on his part.
