In my search to update and make my home safe from electrical fires I came across Safe Electric LLC. Courteous and easy to talk to, Liz helped me get an appointment for a safety technician to come out to my house and see what they can help me with. Brendan the technician came to my house wearing his safety equipment. He has now helped me get my house safer than ever and with a great attitude and knowledge. Only charging for what I asked keeping everything in budget.

I cannot recommend Jim more highly for any of your electrical needs. He is courteous, pleasant, and provides high quality work. He installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, respecting our home and schedule as he worked. We will definitely have him back to do more work.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Glen was referred to me by a residential electrical contractor whom I have worked with in the past. And I'm glad he did! Glen is extremely knowledgeable, careful, and responsive. A true professional. We were having issues in two rooms. He was quickly able to diagnose and fix both issues in a timely manner. And he is just a very kind person as a bonus. I highly recommend Glen and Excel Electric!

Bob has done a great deal of work at our home and we couldn't praise him enough. From installing new outlets in our kitchen island to replacing the outside electrical box, all the work has been of the highest quality. He will be the only person we call for any electrical projects in the future!

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

I found this business/guy Ralph through a Craigslist ad, advertising that he was slow on work because of COVID and mostly relies on referrals. I texted him to get a quote and to schedule a time for the work to be done. He only had one day available in the current month, a day I was not available, and was booked for a month out otherwise. Why advertise that you have openings when you do not? If he had started with, I only have one day in the current month and booked for the next, I would not have wasted my time explaining the electrical needs I was looking for at the current moment. I told him I was looking for someone who could do the work soon in the start of conversation.  Others may have had great experiences, but mine sucked!

Had a smoke detector malfunction today, and had a great experience with Positive Electric! Tony on the phone was incredibly nice and dispatched a technician within a couple hours to help us. Jesus, the technician, was very nice and professional as well. Fantastic customer service by both!

Had whole house rewired. Not a easy job. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job. I was impressed. They worked hard and was very tidy in my home. They came in at the best price and were confident it what they do. Very little drywall loss. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. I was so happy I chose this company. I called Steven when my A/c Unit wasn’t turning on. It was 90 degrees that day so it was very urgent. He was there within two hours. He explained to me what he would be looking for and assured me it would be fixed in a timely manner. It took him about 15 minutes to trouble shoot my AC unit and my newly installed Nest system. He discovered it was a blown fuse and quickly replaced it. I know nothing about AC systems and Steven could have easily told me there was a major issue and charged me a lot of money to “fix” the problem. Instead he was honest. I really appreciate it and I would recommend his service to anyone. That’s God for people like Steven who do honest work!!!!!

The owner of the company is a racist, hateful person. They are just horrible, rude and terrible at their job. Please take your business somewhere who really about their work and reputation.
