I want to give a shout out to Safe Electric, their technician Eric and Eric's co-workers whose names I do not remember. They came to re-connect my double wall oven and fix installation problems caused by a warranty contractor (because of poor wiring, electrical connectors melted and there could have been a fire if the breakers had not worked).Eric did a great job diagnosing the issue and discovering what was wrong. He needed assistance because removing the oven from the wall was a two person job and the men who helped him came from another job on which they were no longer needed, the first guy to drop off a wire roll that was used to rest the oven on while the electrical work was done and to help remove the oven from the wall. He had to go to another job so a second man came from another job where he was finished to assist with the work and replace the oven when the electrical work was completed. I could not believe how they were able to juggle their schedules to accommodate my repair needs. All three were professional, friendly, informative and competent.The office staff I dealt with were terrific and I called them in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment by early afternoon. I really appreciated the timeliness and quality of the work. I most definitely will be hanging on to their contact information for future electrical needs that might arise.

Buckeye Electric of Upper Arlington saved the day! Great experience and very nice crew. They explained the service and fixed my two issues at a very reasonable price. Another company wanted to charge me 6 times more for the same service. Thanks guys! I will call you for other needs and will highly recommended you to others.

Young electrician came, figured out problem but had to go get part. He did a temp fix so we could use garage, then came back in a couple hours and completed job

Power went out in my commercial freezer storing a significant quantity of food. I called 3 other electricians, whom stated it would be 2-12 hrs before they could show up. Paul of Confident Electric answered and promised to be onsite within 1 hr. He arrived in 40 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, contacted AEP to help get power restored. Got us back up and answered a ton of my questions during the whole process. Outstanding service and support!

In moving to Columbus, we found a great old house, only to discover that it was full of knob and tube wiring. Big City Electric stepped in and saved the day. David, Big City's Owner, gave us quick, thorough, and reasonable estimate about what it would take to rewire the house and bring it into the twenty-first century. No one could match his price on the rewire, but he also helped us see how the rewire could become an opportunity for further updates. Chad and Scott spent weeks on the job, and they went beyond the call of duty to rewire the house with minimal damage. The house was full of peculiarities and irregularities, but they problem-solved their way through every difficulty. Chad and Scott were trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional--they had their own high standards, and went back to fix anything that wasn't perfectly done.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

Great Service! I called a friend of mine and asked for an honest electrician to fix our melted outlet that caused 3 rooms to lose power. I told him if we needed to wait a couple days that we could. He knew our child's room was also without electric. He came right out within an hour! Found out it was just the outlet. I was so worried I was going to get advice that my entire house needed rewired or something. He even vacuumed his mess afterwards. I have never seen a contractor do that. If you are looking for an honest and fast electrician this is the guy. Thank you a ton Glen you are awesome.

Bob arrived right on time, was able to correct all the problems noted by the home inspector, provided me with an explanation of what he was doing and a clear estimate of what it would cost. We are highly disappointed with our experience with Safeway. We used them through our builder. We called to set up a walk through as well as pay for an added fan rough in. They gladly took our money for the fan rough in but said they no longer did walk throughs to pick out outlet placement. We believed them. Once we had our pre drywall meeting we found out that was not true and we should have had that meeting. We now have cords all over due to believing them. Very unhappy and completely unavoidable. We then asked again before drywall and they declined to make it right.
