Bob was very efficient in removing the nonworking ceiling fan and installing the new fan. He made sure the remote and the fan worked correctly. We were grateful he took the old fan with him when he left.

Called for a quote for my grandma and Papaw. Everything went well. They said if they like the quote they can preform the service that day. Excellent! They're old and resistant to want to spend money but always do at the end and I saw the awesome ratings! Unfortunately no one showed up for the appointment and no one called. Just please give out courtesy phone calls because they planned their whole day around that. It's to set up their ring cameras because they wouldnt be able to defend themselves if anything were to happen. They attempted to call but got a voicemail. Which is fine but it's the next day and still haven't heard back.

I’ve used them several times for different electrical needs. They can handle the largest job down to the smallest and from what I’ve seen approach all with great attention to detail.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Hartley. He is knowledgeable, dependable, efficient, and knows his work so well he can quickly assess any problems that present themselves while he is working and still get the job done in one visit. He does this while instilling trust in the customer that he will do the work appropriately and efficiently. I felt totally comfortable that he knew how to do his job and would complete it satisfactorily. That means a lot to me as I have had other electricians who weren't as adept or dependable, which causes frustration for me as the customer since I am not knowledeable about electrical work and need to depend on the person that comes out to take care of the problem. I couldn't be happier and couldn't thank him enough. He took away the worry of my being without a bathroom light for a week and stepped in and just did the job. No more buzzing kitchen lights and no more lantern in the bathroom. I am a very happy cutomer who will call Mr. Hartley again whenever I have any electrical issues. It is not often that you find someone that can be so trusted, so knowledeable about their work, and so friendly. He is thorough and cares about his customers and their satisfaction with his work. I am posting about Mr. Hartley on my neighborhood blog so that others in my neighborhood can benefit from his expertise and get someone I know to be honest and hardworking.

I've been going to this company for years and they have always done a great job. They are honest, don't overcharge and have always come when they say they will. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work to be done.

No call no show. I have a rental on campus they were supposed to visit on Friday (half the house has nonworking electric) and they just didn't show up. Left 2 messages and a text with no response.

He answered my call, he was punctual, he practiced Covid precautions, he used shoe covers, and most importantly, we were pleased with his work and his charges.

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. Glenn was great, he fixed our requests to remedy quickly and was super helpful to ensure it was done right. No scare tactics for unnecessary work either, understood differences between new builds and older homes.

I had a tech come out on warranty service 22 days after closing.for a ground fault problem.im not sure if the problem is fixed because I discovered he had cut all of the ground wires to the switches will be contacting them today.
