Eric and Brendon were great! They went above and beyond.We heard a loud noise, the lights went out and there was a hot electrical smell. The circuit breaker was tripped. This had happened before and this time we called Safe Electric instead of the other company and they sent Eric and Brendon. They spent several hours checking the breaker panel and every outlet and light switch. Eric even climbed into the attic and checked the wiring. While they were unable to find the cause, to keep us safe, they installed a special circuit breaker that will trip at the first sign of an arc. It has not tripped yet and we sleep peacefully know our house is protected.They did such great work that we are calling them to come and fix the ceiling light that we believe caused the breaker to trip.Let us back up a couple of weeks. The first time this happened, we called a different electric company. A person came out, turned the breaker back on and replaced a light switch. He did not check the breaker panel nor any of the other outlets or switches that were on the circuit. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. So when the problem happened again a couple of weeks later, we called Safe Electric and were glad that we did.

Mike was punctual, professional, and efficient. The rate was very fair as well. Would highly recommend.

Dave and Jerry came out today to install a Tesla wall charger for us. They were on time, professional, friendly, went above and beyond and did an excellent and clean job. Very very impressed with both of these men and Big City Electric. Would absolutely use again.

We have used Keith's services 4 different times now. Each time, he has done an excellent job. In addition, he responds timely whenever we call, even when leaving a message. He is always polite and professional, as well as willing to explain the projects and options with us. We'll continue to use him when electrical items pop up.

Tyler came for an estimate and tried to help me lower the cost by giving different options. Since I have a big project they offer help to do some small extra jobs free of charge which I really appreciate.
Tim is an awesome electrician. He came to do the job and explained everything so I understand what he was doing for the wire. They also offer a very competitive price and take care of their customers. Great company! Great electricians! I have never been so happy with a business. I had my wood fence repaired and painted. Also, I had two outside lights switched out. The men worked so hard at making sure everything was done correctly, they show up on time, communicate any problems or solutions and the pricing is very reasonable.
