I hired Confident Electric to troubleshoot a problem with my panel box in my home. He was upfront with the rates and showed up later in the day to resolve the issue.

We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didn't answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!

We needed our garage rewired so we had a few companies bid on it. Nobody was even close. Bryan was the actual electrician that did the work. Very professional and did exactly what we ask for in the bid....maybe more. I would highly recommend Bryan & Big City Electric. I am sure we will use them again. We finally have an electrician guy:)

This company already did 3 jobs in my house and I'm saving for the fourth one . They are professional, friendly, respectfull, clean and always ready to help with something else if it occurred while they are there. I'm not the easiest customer, but they fulfil all my expectations. I will recommend this company to everybody. This picture shows the last job they did for me. Looks awesome.

Bob was fantastic. He responded quickly and fixed our light when scheduled. He was very professional to work with and we will be using him again. We had a previous electrician come out and do work and he never returned to finish the job so working with Bob was a much better experience.

Scheduled for 12:00 to 2:00 appointment and stated the would text 45 minutes prior to arrival. At close to 2:00 I texted them to ask if they were on there way. They eventually texted back that they were running late and would text me prior to arrival. At 4:00 they texted and said they would have to reschedule.All communications via text had to be initiated by me! Don’t waste your time with these guys. I ended up scheduling with a different contractor.

These guys are great! After working with countless contractors over the years, it’s refreshing to come across a team who provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Electric Medic was very prompt in coming out to resolve a mis-wired dryer outlet and troubleshoot a faulty doorbell for the home we just moved into. My wife and I are so happy to finally be able to do laundry! These guys were quick to discover the issue and walk me through what the solution would be, and the price was very reasonable for their service. I would recommend Electric Medic to anyone in the area, and I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

Phenomenal!!!! Ralph is so good that you can imagine what it is that you are dreaming to have. It is like HGTV! You explain to him what you want. Have your materials and it’s on. Ralph is working and slowly you see your dream come together. Along with him playing jokes on you like he’s not able to do the job. His helper Tyler is right there with him. So if you need something done and cuts and corners are precise and it matters to you. He’s the GUY.
