Best Commercial Electrical Contractor in Columbus OH

I highly recommend this company. They returned my call promptly and were at my house within an hour. Nice people, fair pricing and very competent service. I'll use them again!

My company uses them for commercial work and I love working with them. Their work is good and the pricing is fair. They usually are able to fit us in when we have emergency, although sometimes they are backed up. Everyone is easy to work with and highly communicative which is very important to me.

Tim is very knowledgeable and quickly discovered our electrical problem. He explained my electrical problem in layman terms i could understand and was upfront about the fees and cost, which i found to be very fair. He performed the work methodologically and was very professionally. My wife and i are very pleased with the work Tim did for us and we would recommend him and Mr. Electric without hesitation. Keith was tremendous in the work he completed at my house about 1.5 years ago. My favorite part about him was his flexibility in a moving target in a couple areas of the house- he would offer an opinion but if I had a different idea he would go with it or tell me why it wasn't a good idea to do something a certain way. He was patient in this regard and was something I really appreciated. Will definitely be calling him back whenever I move onto the next project.

Since he completed his work, I haven't had any electrical issues in the house, and he left in a place where I can add onto it in the future. Appreciate yoh, KAP!

Harris Electrical did quite a bit of work for our kitchen renovation - installing recessed lighting/fixtures, updating/relocating outlets and updating our panel in our almost 100 year old home. Amazing job, super nice guys and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Don't want to give even one Star as this company sent out two technicians to my home, they looked over the work I needed them to perform, told me that they would go back and talk with their Service Manager and then they would be in contact about scheduling/advising about the service. 3+ weeks went by and nothing, so I emailed the person who had set up the original appointment and their reply was that they were very sorry and this is not how they do business. They also said that they spoke to the Service Manager and I should have something within a week.

As I write this, it's been over two more weeks since my last reply from them and still nothing. I hope that this not the way this or any company thinks is a proper way to do business. Though I am finding out in trying to upgrade a home that there isn't a lot of Customer Service being provided in the business world today......and no one wants to earn money as I am finding I can't give it away......

Great job! They put in recessed lighting and a dimmer switch. They were courteous and professional. In addition the price for the service was better than most other companies. I highly recommend them.

Terrific and I did not end up using their service. To explain, I had a short in a residential circuit. I replaced the breaker but that did not work. I checked the boxes on the circuit an nothing was wrong.

That is the extent of my electrical ability so I called three companies. The first two were internet listings and both answered by phone mail. I have yet to hear from either. I then called Waibel Electric since, I have seen their trucks around for years.

To my surprise a real person answered the phone and was able to verify that they would make a service call for my problem. She passed me on to the service supervisor. He took the time to ask me the nature of the problem. He then asked whether I had an attic or whole house fan. He explained they often are the culprit. Sure enough that was the problem causing the short. I was able to fix it myself not requiring a service call this time. I really appreciate the professionalism and help extended over the phone and will call / recommend Waibel if I ever am asked for a referral or need electrical help. This kind of professionalism is rare. The least I could do was follow up on my very positive experience.

I'm very impressed with Converse Electric. The customer service is top notch. When you call, you are treated like a valuable customer. Melinda set everything up and made the process smooth. When the electrician was finished, he called me and explained everything he had done. I found them to be trustworthy and fair. Highly recommend.

Kaleb was here for a day and half replacing an electric panel, labeling the breakers, fixing where the water that was coming in through my electric meter, replacing a dryer outlet and figuring out why a hall light wouldn't work, which led to replacing said light and two light switches. He was very professional, cleaned everything up and let me know whenever the power may go out. They were able to get to the work very quickly and I am very satisfied with all of the work that was done.

They came out and fixed a piece of equipment for us in less than 24 hours. Thank you very much!
