Scheduled appointment on 09-03 for 09-08 at 9 am for inspection. Received phone call at 8:55 am on 09-08 asking to reschedule after already adjusting work schedule. . . In addition, I also asked for a technician to give me a call 09-03 as I had a question in regards to service requirements. I never did receive call back. Would not recommend.

Hired Buckeye Electrical to install 3 pieces of machinery in my business. Great communication before the job started. They showed up right on time and did great work. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted this contractor through Yelp and got a response from the owner in a reasonable amount of time. He set up a time to come and look at the job and offered an estimate. We scheduled a time to have the work done. The electricians were accommodating, getting the job done promptly. I recommend his services and would call him back should I need any other repairs. I had a light fixture in our living room replaced. Columbus Ohio did it within 24 hours of my request and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to friends.

We’ve used this company to install recessed can lights and dimmer switches and they did a great job. Also, I called to see if they could come out and help me with my jetted tub and they were extremely nice and talked me through resetting the power switch over the phone.

RAPID RESPONSE and quickly found/fixed the issue I had with two bedrooms loosing outlet power after an AEP outage today. I called around 12 by 3 the problem was fixed! Very pleasant gentleman who took my call and even tried to help me do a quick fix check over the phone before dispatching the crew out. The crew came and found the problem/fixed.
ALL of this again in under THREE HOURS. That is service! THANKS!

John Bell did an excellent job with an urgent situation we had in our hands with a poorly installed fan that caught fire in our master bedroom. He was super polite and even wore shoe coverings throughout our house.
He also did a nice thing to educate us while installing new fan. The steps he took to ensure everything was safely installed was impeccable. We will for sure use John Bell again for future services and recommend him to others.

We worked with four members of the KMA team on three different projects. We had an AC repair, a consultation on furnace installation, and the installation itself. In every interaction Brandon, Dustin, Dalton, and Roger were extremely professional.
