I've had dimming and flickering lights at the new house ever since I moved in. Last week my internet stopped working, cable company came out and their cable line was melted and fried, most likely from a bad neutral line. Outside electrical box itself smelled of burnt rubber, major fire hazard. Cable company refused to reconnect until an electrician came out. Mark and Rhett from Safe Electric came out the very same day to help. Mark stopped by last fall to help on a little short, and they honored the quote he'd given me 6mos previous for new boxes outside, new grounding, and a new panel for the basement. Mark, Rhett, and the guys made quick work of everything, did a great job explaining what they were doing and why, and responded quickly when my insurance adjuster had additional questions. They were great about masks for covid, wore boot covers to keep the house clean, and even slipped me a referral for a plumber for a leak they found down in the basement during installation. All around great company, locally owned, and professional. Ask for Rhett or Mark! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my electric needs. With the savings from my home insurance, I'll be having them out again before year's end to tidy up some other sections of the house. Great job guys! 10/10

I hired Buckeye Electric to install an outlet over my fireplace. Not only was their quote lower than anyone else I spoke with, but they were able to put in the new outlet without putting any holes in the wall. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any other electrical work I need done.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. We have had so many bad experiences in the past but the Quality Team gave us a fair estimate. Did a Professional Job and were Extremely friendly. I will never call any other electrician. We had our power lime moved and a Generator installed. These guys are Amazing!!!!!

James is great! I described to him over the phone my electrical issues. He clearly and professionally diagnosed the problem was with AEP. Long story short... he was 100% right. Any other company would have had to visit my home and charge a fee.

A neighborhood electrician fixed a faulty electrical panel. Since this is the first time an electrician has ever worked on my property, I must admit that I was a little nervous at first. But everything went off without a hitch. He completed the work quickly and affordably!

He's been getting a lot of assistance throughout the years, and I've been working with him. He is a very intelligent man that always has a solution for any problem and works hard to provide you with the highest caliber light fixture repair job. I'm not sure how he does it, but he is obviously talented in what he does.

Had some issues for 6 months, my internet and tv service was randomly going out for 6 months. Eventually they found that the ground wire was feeding back voltage into the ground wire, which melted my service cables, so I needed an electrician. And eventually led to my lights flickering and my washer and furnace having a hard time kicking on.

Called AEP and and after they looked over the issue with my meter told me that it was my responsibility. ( Beware any insurance does not cover meter repair for electricity).

Called a couple places and got the run around and most had secretaries that answered the phone and could not diagnose my problem or give a quote (not that I was expecting one over the phone).

Called Big City and David (owner/operator) answered my call and asked for pictures and gave me a quote on a Friday (over the phone) and sent someone out to repair my issues with in 2 hours.

Turns out after they showed my the problem my neutral cable had melted due to corrosive terminals in my power meter, which AEP had explained to me prior to them coming to fix the problem.

Good honest service and fair price. They were about $300 dollars cheaper than most others that did give me a ball park estimate.

Couldnt be happier besides a little shorter in the wallet. But with a 1 year warranty Im satisfied.

The best part is the quote you get is the price you'll pay, no extra hidden fees tax, extra parts, we need to come back, more hours etc. with other companies Ive had in the past with other home repairs.

Keith was very responsive to our needs. He was also very professional and did excellent work for us. He had the ability to think outside the box by coming on a weekend which worked better for us. He is your man if you have electrical needs.

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

This company is amazing. I called today regarding our foyer light. It was not working. Hooked up to same switch as upstairs lights that were working. Ended up being a loose wire in one of upstairs lights causing issue downstairs. He was quick and fit me in this morning. Reasonable price! He even fixed a cracked plate upstairs. I would highly recommend this company!
