Perry is the best - impeccable service! Installed a couple of new lights and reassembled the old ones so they could be donated (so thoughtful!). Also checked out an antique chandelier that had been fritzing - got it working like a dream and made me feel really comfortable about its condition (not being a fire hazard!).

We called Bates for some work, after another electrician stopped showing up for the job. Pete was great very responsive, professional and took his time to a great job on our under cabinet lighting and other little electrical issues in our house. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Bates in the future.

Tim took literally eight hours to put in a meter box. Not only did he spend all thoes hours in my backyard smoking cigarettes with the landlord it took him two days to put in an inspection ticket for his work leaving us without power for two extra days.

I got hold of Nate at 8 pm for an electrical problem on the thermostat to my air conditioner. He came out and although initially he could not find the problem, he kept checking and because he did so the problem was found, repaired, and I am so happy. Also great to know that he is available for other jobs too. Will definitely use him again.
UPDATE: Nate's fix lasted only 1 day. Okay, no problem. Sometimes you don't get it right on the first try. However when I called the next day to advise of the problem he said it would be a couple hours before he got to me. Well, it took him 3.5 hours and only after I sent a text reminding that he said a couple hours with no update or communication from him. I feel he is inexperienced when it comes to customer service. Hopefully the problem will not reoccur.

Tried to get them to come and and give me a quote on a job, all they wanted to do was charge me 95.00/hr. Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks...where are you again? I repeat my address a second time (6 miles from their office) oh! your out of our area. Click... I guess they make too much $$$

Had an appointment set up to check out my flood light that hadn't been wired up correctly but no one ever showed or called. Reached out to the office over the course of 3 months and have yet to have anyone come out or even return my phone call!!
