Bobby came to advise on a car charging project and location. He was so helpful and gracious and answered all questions, even some i had not thought of. When installation occurs it will be him. AND he has an electric car and charger at his own home so he truly knows the score on car charging.

2nd time hiring these guys. This time to install a generator interlock on main panel. They found a more efficient way to do it and discounted accordingly. Honest. Fast. Clean. Thorough.

Tommy, the technician, was GREAT! Unfortunately, the fan I had bought new, wasn't new; FYI buyer beware when buying items online.Tommy provided his PROFESSIONAL opinion on the install. So, no install today. Have to buy a real new fan from Lowe's or Home Depot.Will, definitely, reschedule the install, soon.THANK YOU VIVA ELECTRIC!

Flipped a light switch and things got dire - breaker flipped, heard sputtering in the ceiling & smelled burning. Scrambled to find an electrician so my house wouldn’t burn down. They offered after hours service but I opted for next day after getting some advice on what to do in the meantime. KG3 came tech called before coming and showed up with a mask and booties. Issue was resolved quickly & affordably. I feel safe now, thanks to KG3’s COVID precautions and that my house is safe from electrical fire. Never had to call an electrician but now I’ve got an electrician FOR LIFE!

Pete Herres from Bates Electric did a great job. He called to explain type of dimmers to be installed and was early for the appointment. Prior to conducting work, he gave suggestions where to place dimmers and in less than an hour, all 4 dimmers were installed. He also didn’t mind my dog assisting him!

Had a great experience with Bobby from Black Lab. He installed a towel warmer in our bathroom, added a light and switch near our foyer entry, and installed a new breaker when one was faulty. And he fixed a 3 way switch that was installed incorrectly. He explained everything before doing any of the work and gave us a best case/worst case estimate. Bobby cleaned up the area after finishing and was great to work with. He even gave us an idea for the cost of some future projects. When we're ready for more electrical services, we won't contact anyone else.

Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. We had his number as Orkin had contracted him for some electrical work on our house earlier this year and he left us his card since we were new to the area and home ownership.

To make a long story short, we will be calling Ryan for any future need that requires an electrician. He was responsive, fast, professional, provided great quality work (old house, so we had to upgrade the panel to pass inspection before Duke would turn power back on), and pursued the city relentlessly in order to get us our inspection.

We highly recommend Ryan.

Nate does excellent work. He came out 3xs for us from fixing my daughters outlet, installing a chandelier and fixing our dimmer switch. Punctual and great prices. I have recommended him over and over again. He even came out and helped my in-laws. Definitely worth the call.
