They are indeed Mister Sparky - that Spark is going to light up your wallet! We had a breaker that would not reset so we called them. It was around 9:00 p.m. and they were going to charge an egregious after-hours fee. We took the chance that there was nothing serious wrong and took an appointment for the next day. Turned out it was a bad breaker and they charged us $589 to replace one breaker - after googling it turns out it takes at most 10 minutes to replace! I have to believe there are cheaper options out there. They also tried to upsell us on replacing the entire panel - mine you our panel passed inspecting and is up to code so Mister Sparky would have burned my credit card as well!!! Next, the tech left us an assessment of our electrical situation but never reviewed it with us. The assessment indicated we had a serious issue. Now, I have to either ignore it or pay them the service fee for the return visit. Pretty slick marketing, get you concerned about an issue and force another service fee on you!! Rather than have Mister Sparky light up my wallet again, I will try another company! I guess they have to pay for those Panther ads somehow!!

Bobby is responsive, honest and quality work. Passed inspection no problem and his assessment of which panel, why to hardwire etc was educational and in our best interests

Replace two GFI supporting outdoor heater and landscaping/ deck lighting. Very professional, on time and communicated very well during the process.

I called Viva Electric to have a sub panel installed for my my new office shed. Tommy Vaughn came out and took a very thorough look. He walked me through every step of the process and all my options. Due to Tommy's attention to detail and how well he explained everything, I went ahead and scheduled the install.Tommy and Justin K. showed up on time, were professional, left everything clean, came in at the quoted price, and he did amazing job. I could tell Tommy truly cares about his customers and his work.I cannot recommend Tommy and Justin enough and I will be calling whenever I need any work done in the future.

Absolutely incredible experience with KG3 Electrical! From the first interaction, through completion of the work, Mr. Gordon was phenomenal. He installed two ceiling fans and and reinstalled a dining room chandelier that had started to tilt a bit. We're beyond pleased with his work and his professionalism! He worked safely (mask and shoe protectors), quickly, and did a wonderful job.

Mr Crawford is a true professional. He called to give us an estimated arrival time and was perfectly on time. He then listened to our issues, assessed the problem, told us how he would fix it, and fixed it in very little time. After we paid (i.e. not on the clock) he stayed to listen to any questions / concerns we had. Without question we will work with Bates Electric and ask for Mr. Crawford again.

He was incredibly responsive, fit me into his busy schedule and was on time, professional, and is an absolute electrical guru. His knowledge of the latest technology and wiring capabilities for my older home saved me a fortune. You can’t beat his pricing, especially considering his 8+ years of electrical experience. He even installed a new light in my attic without me asking and at no charge. I won’t use anyone else.
