Called and asked for them to.come out to replace a panel box. They asked for pictures cause they said they don't come out. So I sent photos. Asked them to email me the estimate. That was last week. Still haven't received it. I will not be using this company. Will be calling someone else. I will not recommend them. If you can't send a estimate why would I trust you to do your job right.

Carlo was great. He knew exactly what he was doing regarding my EV home charging station. I would definitely use Viva/Carlo again. Communication with Viva was excellent!

Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

Roby customer service and technician was prompt and curious. In my opinion they were a bit overpriced. I received one outlet change and a appliance cord change which took all of 5min.and was quoted close to 500$. I canceled part of the order. Little high I believe.

Dom and team were excellent and kept us informed the entire time with our home theater set up. Presented options that we had not thought of which was great. We could not be happier with the final setup and look forward to continuing our business with him in the future. Really great all around.

Tom was Johnny-on-the-Spot today. He was able to save me over $2500 in un-neccessary repairs quoted from other Electricians. Tom was honest, fair and professional. His knowledge and service is a true mark of his passion and the type of company that sets the standard. I will use Providence Electric for all my electric needs.

I contacted Bates Electric because I had power outages in multiple places inside my house. They took my information and scheduled an appointment. The morning of my appointment, Bates called to verify someone would be at the residence. Shortly after that, I received a phone call from the technician named Thomas. He verified my info and gave me an ETA of his arrival. He arrived at my home on time and called to verify where he should park. He started his service call paperwork, verified my power concerns, grabbed his tools and went right to work to find the problem. Upon finding the problem, Thomas explained to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to repair it. Once repaired, Thomas went around to make sure all non-powered issues had been corrected. He was very professional and showed to be extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. I felt I was in good hands right from the start. Bates and Thomas come highly recommendated from me.

I'm so glad we called GB Electrical Services for an electrical issue regarding our dishwasher. Jay Smith was our technician, and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He was prompt, let me know when he was on the way, took precautions (wore a mask and foot covers the whole time), and was excellent at his job. He knew what the issue was right away, went over costs before doing any work, and made sure we were in agreement with his plan before executing it. Jay even helped with a canned light and answered multiple questions from my husband. He took his time, and made sure we knew what he did and why he did it. He also grounded our wires for safety and made us aware of an issue with our control panel. It was evident that Jay actually cared about us as a customer, and we would definitely use him again in the future! Could not be happier with the service. Had a small electrical fire which disabled half of my house electrically. Called 15 to 20 electricians. No one could come out said they were all too busy. Father and son said they were booked but would try to get somebody out as soon as possible. Within 20 minutes they had called me with a free electrician who came out immediately. He assessed the problem fixed it and was gone in record time. I highly recommend Father and son electrical for any electrical needs. pricing was fair. I would have paid 223 times what they charged to get this service taken care of. Very happy with my service.

It's a company that's always ready and willing to hire, no matter what your experience is, the word recession is not in this company's vocabulary, they have plenty of work for everyone male or female you just have tc have the will to work!

I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

Michaels and Son’s plumbing came out to look at a dishwasher that was not draining. Carlos was sure to check all possible problems and though he was unable to fix it, I am now armed with the exact information for the next step in the repair.I would recommend this company to others and will not hesitate to contact them if another plumbing issue arises.

This isn’t a review about the business itself but we saw this company’s van parked at the gas station and the men in the van was watching us very creepily as we were putting on our coverups in our car (we just came from the lake). then they waited for us to come back out of QT and get in our car before leaving
