Best Recess Lighting in Charlotte NC

Had these guys install a meter box and service mast for me. They drilled a bunch of holes in my soffit trying to find a spot for the mast and left their trash all over the ground. The worst part was they didn't install the roof boot over the mast correctly AND didn't bother to tell me about. When I spotted it and requested they install it correctly, they claimed they weren't a roofer and demanded immediate payment. Glad I checked, saved myself a costly roof repair. They came back out after I requested, they pick up the trash and fix the boot and they caulked the boot to the shingles.

Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

We contracted Dominique and his team to install an outlet above the fireplace mantel, then relocate our wall-mounted TV from another wall to mount above the fireplace mantel. Dom and his team were very responsive via phone and texts, and the work was very professionally done. I cannot distinguish where the drywall was repaired and the paint matched perfectly. They are extremely patient and clean up after the job is done. I would highly recommend Patterson Contracting Services for any electrical needs!

We've got him lined up for another big project of running power from our breaker to our shed we're converting into an ADU. Every item we've needed him to work on he completes quickly and efficiently and lays out exactly what he needs to do. He's upfront with materials and costs and doesn't waste any time, he'll always ask whats next at the end of the job and if you forgot to mention something or want him to check something else out he's always got time. He loves to chat it up like myself too and is an excellent local tour guide for any type of activities you're looking to do, he travels the USA and is a great outdoor type who is an absolute do'er. He's not only helped us with our home projects, he's helped us who have recently moved to the area find great places to go outside and enjoy with our family, places to eat/drink, and is always good for some great conversation about the area or where you're from because chances are he's stopped through there! Gianni Electric responded same day to my request for outlets not working. Jose was prompt and wore a mask the entire time. He diagnosed and fixed the issue problem in about an hour. Price and customer service was great.

Roman was very responsive, arrived when expected and completed the work timely and neatly. We installed two wall sconces where they had not been installed before - he gave suggestions for the wall switch/plate location. Once the work was completed, he did the first layer of drywall mud on the wall. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Excellent customer service. Will definitely call him again with any future electrical needs. Love to support small businesses.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

I was looking for a competent and trustworthy electrician and Tim came highly recommend. I had him do work that another electric company couldn't figure out how to solve the issue and to make matters worse, was the ridiculous price I was being charged by them. Tim took the time to figure out why the problem was occurring and he fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time without ripping me off! He even explained to me what the issue was and what he did that the other company didn't do. What a blessing. I would highly recommend, Tim, for your electrical need. I'm so glad I did.

Challenging situation at moms home to repair outlets. Ashley very accommodating with scheduling.Techs Rodney & Scott were patient, thorough and got the job done. All staff very professional. Satisfied and would highly recommend.

Below is a picture of the flashing at the mast head. When brought to the electrician's attention, it was repaired (somewhat). Anyone who installs mast heads needs to know how to install the roof flashing that goes with it. Recommendation for improvement. Overall, from what I can see it was a good job. Got a quick quote. Company go the job done quickly. Lots of communication from the office staff about scheduling. Thanks.

So Johnathon Brown Electric was recommended to us by another contractor (different trade) and from that first call to his office I have to say I was impressed! Michelle was personable and had amazing customer service! She scheduled us an appointment for an estimate and because we were pressed for time, scheduled a subsequent appointment for the work. When Johnathon came out he addressed all of our concerns and gave us a quote on the spot. He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable! He gave us great options that were better alternatives (see photo of our new smart switch) and less expensive than what we initially wanted to do! He did a great job on the work we hired him to do and he even fixed some of the things that others had messed up on (previous contractor and the builder). Would HIGHLY recommend him!
