I'm so glad we called GB Electrical Services for an electrical issue regarding our dishwasher. Jay Smith was our technician, and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He was prompt, let me know when he was on the way, took precautions (wore a mask and foot covers the whole time), and was excellent at his job. He knew what the issue was right away, went over costs before doing any work, and made sure we were in agreement with his plan before executing it. Jay even helped with a canned light and answered multiple questions from my husband. He took his time, and made sure we knew what he did and why he did it. He also grounded our wires for safety and made us aware of an issue with our control panel. It was evident that Jay actually cared about us as a customer, and we would definitely use him again in the future! I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. I will certainly keep Toliny Plumbing and Electrical in mind for any future repairs.

Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. So rest assured Zapp Electric will do the best job possible and leave you with the upmost relief of not having to worry that your electrical service is dangerous or against code in any way. After using Zapp Electric I promise they will be the ONLY company I call for electrical repairs or installations.
