Best New Install in Charlotte NC

Jordan was absolutely fantastic! He did a great job installing an additional outlet for an appliance...it was a little tricky, but Jordan did an excellent job! No mess & he even cleaned up what little mess there was. Will definitely be using him again in the future...very good work!

I called Bobby at 10 for a repair on a gfci in my kitchen and an afci in my breaker panel. By 12 he was at my house completing the repair quickly, while providing education and knowledge on a bonding issue. I really appreciated Bobby’s professionalism and knowledge and will be 100% calling him if I have any other issues. Every electrician I called wanted to charge an astronomical amount. He was the only one that offered a fair price for the job!!!!!

Don’t waste your time calling anyone else. I was on the phone for hours, they couldn’t even give me a quote, they wanted to send someone out.

Jordan and his team did a great job running power to my new boat dock. On time and kept me updated as they moved through the process. The install looks clean. Provided good insight into where lights and electrical outlet should be installed on dock.

Absolutely amazing service! We had an electrical problem with dimming of lights all throughout the house when any appliance was used, even A/C. They found the problem quickly (damaged bonding strap in the main panel) and gave me my options. I needed a new part that was hard to find, and even when they couldn't find it they got one from another electrician. Problem was fixed in under an hour after that They even stuck around and worked with my home warranty provider so I could file a claim, and gave me a quote for another job I was thinking about. Very friendly and good at what they do, highly recommended!

KG3 electrical was very professional and knowledgeable. My issues were resolved in a timely manner.

An hour late. Did not have the materials to complete the job. Charged me 80$ to tell me they couldn't do it today and I would need to reschedule after I bought what THEY should have brought or told me to purchase in advance on the phone ( fan mount) . Super disappointed and do not recommend.

I can honestly tell you by reading all of these reviews that this guy is exactly as they say. He will get mad if you don't do what he wants you to do and just hang on you. That's not the way business is conducted folks. And he is very high on prices. $95 a hour is crazy... I have overhead and I don't charge but $70 an hour. The owner Ron is not a good business man
