Great folks who are punctual and do high quality work.

On the Upside:
We hired LiveWire Electrical to replace our main breaker panel and run a new outlet and coaxial cable for a wall-mount TV.
Without charging us for the initial estimate, their bid came in at less than 1/4 what a national chain had for the same scope of work.
I am in the construction trades, and I have to say that they are an outfit I will hire in the future as needs arise - professional, extremely courteous, and addressed our needs quickly, rearranging their schedule to deal with our house, which was without power.

On the downside:
As another reviewer notes, we did receive our receipt by email, however no written warranty has been provided.
They don't arrive in a work truck with shiny decals, nor do they utilize uniforms, and I had to pick up a couple cigarette butts in my backyard.

All told, if you want spit and polish and care what the neighbors think about your contractors, call someone else - if you want the job done right the first time, fully explained (and shown) to you, fopr a fantastic price from a licensed sparky, call Bobby at LiveWire.

An update on my job: Carolina Electric had to come back to fill in the trench they dug. Rain made the soil erode a bit. When I called Tim the owner, he sent out Mike who originally dug the trench and took care of filling it back in. Again they were prompt and professional. Carolina Electric ⚡️ is my electrician for life. Thank you again Tim and Mike!!

Was struggling to find someone to come out quickly. They worked really hard to fit us in. Very friendly. Problem was fixed and they tested it many times just to ensure everything was good.

Contacted them cause we kept tripping a break while moving wires to install a fan. Turns out it was a safety code thing and question answered right out the gate.

Roman our tech volunteered to install the fan for us while there since already paying for the rest of the 55 minutes in the hour. Also installed the second for us. Good clean work and helpful willingness to do work not listed in the original call, and not say OK I answered your question. That'll be $95, bye.

I had a clogged drain that was causing major issues in my kitchen, and after hours at attempting to fix it myself, i called in a pro. I don't have a regular plumber, but I found TOLINY Plumbing and Electric here on Google. Let me tell you all, I have officially found my new plumber. All these reviews on Google are accurate. I'd give 6 stars if i could.

Tony was so professional and friendly, and after explaining to him what I tried, he got right to work and fixed the problem, walking me through each step, showing me what he was doing and why.

Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. So rest assured Zapp Electric will do the best job possible and leave you with the upmost relief of not having to worry that your electrical service is dangerous or against code in any way. After using Zapp Electric I promise they will be the ONLY company I call for electrical repairs or installations.

Roman has been awesome. We have used him for electrical services three times thus far. We found several issues upon moving into our older home and he was able to locate the problems and solve all of them. Not only is he professional, he is thorough and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him if you want a trust worthy and responsive electrician.

I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere
