After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

He did a terrific job dealing with a plumbing and electrical problem that was caused by the earlier work on my kitchen. He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. We moved into our house last year and had a problem with the central air going out after the first month. The warranty company sent another contractor who couldn't repair the problem. Accent was then contacted and he responded immediately and came and repaired the unit. He explained the issues to me, showed me the problem and was reasonable in price. Just this past week we had an issue with our second unit and it was a holiday weekend. Dan responded again immediately and talked us though the possible problems. They came yesterday to do the actual repair and were professional, quick, and reasonable. I will always call Accent from now on and refer them to everyone who needs help with HVAC!!!
