I called for service because I thought a panel in my fuse box had gone bad. It turned out the dishwasher was shorting out a wire? Not sure of all the details but Travis from On Time Electrical was. He came out and fixed my dishwasher instead of the perceived bad electrical panel. Had he not traced the real problem I could have had an electrical fire. Travis is an exceptional young man who obviously cares deeply about doing a good job. Add to that his pleasant professional manner and On Time Electrical has gained a devoted new customer.

I live in PA, and have a rental property in Charlotte. On the eve of a trip to be with my sister who was having surgery, I received a call from my tenants that a tree limb from the neighbor’s tree had ripped the power line and Verizon line from their house. Duke power removed the limb and reconnected to the pole, but to hook the line back up to the house was our responsibility. I called two electricians who could not help me, but the 2nd one suggested I call Roby. This was the best suggestion I could have received, and words will not be able to adequately express my appreciation and gratitude for their immediate response, kind concern for my and my tenants situation (who are elderly), and their incomparable professionalism. I dealt with several women on the phone, and all of them were excellent. I would like to send a special shout out to Sandy, however, who has risen to a level of tenaciousness and compassion that I only hope I will be able to emulate in my own customer service position at a plumbing company in PA. It is a hopeless feeling to be 500 miles away from a property and have an emergency such as this, and I have struggled over the years to find and keep a team of service people for electrical, plumbing, HVAC and handy man type jobs. You cannot imagine my joy in learning that Roby covers ALL of these needs, and I will no longer have to scramble when I have another emergency. To add a cherry on the top of this wonderful cake, Sandy even managed to whittle down my invoice by a nice amount, showing again the kind of empathy and consideration for the customer’s situation that anyone will be hard pressed to find in today’s “bottom line” world. Thank you Sandy, your whole office team, and your wonderful technicians. You have a loyal and forever customer in me.

Ronnie came to the house, identities the issue, and fixed it…. All in about twenty minutes. Highly recommend.

They were able to come out the same day, very nice! Though they couldn't fix the issue, they were able to tell us it was our AC Unit and not the electrical system. Thank you!

Mike and Paul were fast in doing my repairs and was very satisfied with the work I had completed to my home. After all work was done and they were paid 1 day later Paul (owner) texted me and stated all the possible repairs were not needed and sent money back to me. This showed me they are men of integrity and honesty which are priceless to me. Thanks again guys

After months (literally) of trying to find electricians who wouldn't give us the run around, we finally found Biggs. We were doing a remodel on a walkout basement to accommodate my parents. These guys were such a blessing. I can't imagine a more personable and professional outfit. They did great work for a fair price, and treated us like people. Bent over backwards to make sure that everything went well for my folks. Just called them again about an issue we were having with the A/C electrical, and he literally hopped in the truck and drove right over. We've recommended them to friends who had similarly great experiences. Its hard to find tradespeople willing to work on retrofit construction and still it with a happy spirit for a fair price. These folks are the real deal. Can't recommend enough.
