Great same day service by Reed to fix a gas inducer motor that Morris Jenkins wanted 40%$$$ more to fix!! Reed is my new HVAC go to guy!!!

Travis Deason was our technician and he was GREAT! He was courteous and professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem we were having and fix it for a very reasonable cost. We also inquired about a tankless hot water heater. The price he quoted us was better than we had received from other providers and he got us on the schedule for the next day. I will be using these guys for anything that comes up in the future.

Bianca was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She came out for our regular maintenance and explained everything she was doing ???? We will be requesting her going forward.

Called for electrical needs twice and left a message with a real person. Never heard back. Poor customer service. Finally heard back and Service Tech came out the next day. Much better.

As a business owner myself, I am keenly aware of the challenges with scheduling, staffing etc. I also realize the value of communication. PC Godfrey provided zero communication and left me hanging for a service call for 2 days in a row. I had to call both days to request a general timeframe and continued to get call centers or dispatch that would tell me that they would “look into it and give me a call back” yet hours would go by and no call back. At the very least… if your technician is running behind or had to change direction, you could give me some indication of the change.
We have a gas leak at our company office preventing our company from performing tasks required for our daily operation and now 3 days later we must start this process over. I am extremely disappointed and this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. Again this is coming from someone who is quite understanding when it comes to business operations. I have moved on to look for another company and suggest you do the same.

Needed Service to replace my water heater that was quite old. Accent gave appropriate updates for appointment scheduling and when the tech would arrive. Trey was knowledgable and submitted all the appropriate details so the service could be performed ASAP. Thank you for great customer service.
