EXCELLENT. I called in a pinch after overloading our outdoor electrical. Although it was a busy holiday weekend and I was calling at the last minute, Bobby took the time out of his packed schedule to patiently walk me through the fix on the phone and suggest an alternate lighting configuration. He literally saved the party our family was hosting that evening for 200 people. And to boot I wasn't charged a thing. True professionalism and service.

I usually do not have good luck finding companies via a google search but this time, luck was on my side. This was a great experience every step of the way. I received by far the best pricing for a service call fee compared to other companies. With Viva the fee is waived if they complete the work, which was not offered by other companies. My tech Nezer showed up on time and was able to figure out the issue on the first go. He was nice and professional and got the job done quickly. This is hands down my go to company for all things electrical! Thanks again Nezer for a job well done.

Mo was responsive and very easy to deal with. He fixed our issue with our kitchen GFCI outlets. I would use him again with any electrical issue in my home.

Just paid over $400 to replace a bathroom fan. Seriously? If you were going to charge me that much for a minor job warn me before sending someone out at $99 to tell me that yes, indeed the fan does not work (no d'uh). They were trying to up-sell me to over $700 with their plan and needless surge protector. Really? I need a surge protector for a bathroom fan that was running safely for the eight years I've owned the house? Not ever using these guys again!

I contracted with Bates Electric to install a Tesla charger replace an overhead fixture and replace a ceiling fan. Rob Miller was the electrician who arrived and he took care of everything that day with ease. His work was neat and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and quite happy to explain his procedures. Rob was confident and well spoken and we could not be more happy with his work and very fair price. I have used Bates several times and will continue to call them for all our electrical work. They are top notch

Below is a picture of the flashing at the mast head. When brought to the electrician's attention, it was repaired (somewhat). Anyone who installs mast heads needs to know how to install the roof flashing that goes with it. Recommendation for improvement. Overall, from what I can see it was a good job. Got a quick quote. Company go the job done quickly. Lots of communication from the office staff about scheduling. Thanks.

If you're gonna hire men to drive your vehicles with your company logo, have some sanity on who you hire. I just watched your men pass someone in a turning lane. RIDICULOUS. Not safe. He could have killed himself and others.

We see these guys at least once a week. This is a great company stable in size and opportunity possible.

I needed pot lights repaired, outlet receptacles replaced, light switches replaced, wiring for new outlets and wiring to install a pendant light in my kitchen as part of a remodel. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the electrical services Michael and Son provided me, specifically Carlos!! Communication was excellent, including direct calls when he was set to arrive, changes in availability and attention to detail in ensuring that the wiring was safe and done to best practice standards. Definitely plan on using them again as I continue repairs and upgrades throughout my home!
