As someone who just had the owner, Tom, storm out of her house, I would not recommend using Providence Electric. After 3 rescheduled appointments, he arrived an hour late (first appointment of the day), decided the job was harder than anticipated and said it was not worth it to keep working when he had more profitable jobs to get to (we had an hour consultation prior to this so he knew what work was involved when he provided a quote). When I got visibly frustrated about the hole he was leaving, he then lost his temper and went off on me about how frustrating it was that he wasn't making any money after an hour's work, slamming the door on his way out. He attacked a reviewer on Google reviews for calling him unprofessional, so I will not say that, but this is not a company you should allow in your home.

Awesome experience and will use them for all future projects. Technicians arrived on time. They discussed project with me and then proceeded to cover my hard wood floors to protect from damage. They installed two ceiling fans (one about 25 feet) and several light fixtures, including a fixture that was located about 25feet up. Because they had to use a very tall ladder they took care to move furniture, protect the floors and were careful not to damage the walls. Both young men (Cody and Robert) were very professional and polite. When they completed their work they cleaned up. The pricing for the work was very reasonable and I feel comfident that I will not experience any electrical or other issues.

I work for Wb Moore since 2011 and when I say if you work hard and thrive too be a good electrician this company will make sure you reap the benefits of everything they have too offer. I love that it's a company that's those it's best too treat you like a family member and not just a number or name of an employee but a friend or family employee. They always looking at ways too invest into their employees with huge saftey fest venue that they pay you too attend and you come in hungry they feed you twice and leave full of information and food, they create an family fun day so your your wife, husband and kids can get an idea of the kind of company you work for that keeps food on the table, and a wonderful Christmas party we're I see grown men walking up with gifts in there hand giving back. Bottem line is that WB Moore is by far a wonderful company too work for If you put in your part received everything they have too offer including them paying for your education too get a electrical degree. Wow!!!!!

We see these guys at least once a week. This is a great company stable in size and opportunity possible.

No mistake. Only mistake was that I had written up a review and didn't intend to submit until after you had a chance to respond to me about my complaint. Two phone calls and 24 hours later and I haven't gotten an explanation.$700 charge for 2 hours of work and $100 worth of parts is exorbitant. $285 charge to install a $35 wall plate and shower handle that took 2 screws, an allen wrench and 10 minutes to install is ridiculous. I know the exact cost of the parts because the parts receipt was left lying around along with the rest of the trash from the install.I feel like they took advantage of my wife and also tried to hard sell her a $5,500 water filtration system to replace the worthless system that currently works fine.Glad to see you had time to react to the rating even though you would not call me back. Hopefully you'll have time to react to everywhere else that I post this.

Had an appointment set up to check out my flood light that hadn't been wired up correctly but no one ever showed or called. Reached out to the office over the course of 3 months and have yet to have anyone come out or even return my phone call!!
