Jordan arrived on time, checked out what needed to be done, and gave a written estimate of the different options. He then went to work and did a fantastic job. He answered any questions we had and fully explained what he was doing. Couldn’t ask for a better person to do the work and represent the company. A good experience all the way around.

I was pleased with the service but given the cost of parts ( a 15 Amp light switch and a standard single pole 15 Amp breaker) and the time spent replacing these (about 15 minutes) I believe the cost ($283.89) was excessive.

The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I had him install 8 LED recessed lights and he helped me map out the location of each light to maximize the coverage in my kitchen/dining room. I will be calling him back for all my electrical needs!

Fast, Professional, Reasonable (price) - I placed a call for a quote, and was on the books to have my situation looked at within 48 hours. The gentleman (I believe his name was Ron) showed up a few minutes early (I'm not complaining!). He immediately came in and assessed the situation. He would've completed the work in less than 30 minutes, but there was a piece from my chandalier that had broken off and we couldn't locate (totally my fault). Ron left and went to Lowe's to purchase a replacement piece. He didn't even charge me for it! He completed the entire repair in a little over an hour, but considering that he had to leave my home to go shopping for parts, I was very happy with the time it took. I highly recommend No Shorts Electric, and I will be using them again for any future electrical needs. I couldn't be happier.

Called for them to reinstall a light that had fallen and they said someone would call me back. I waited 2 days for a call and didn’t receive one. I called back and they said since I didn’t receive a call back they must be too busy to help me out and I should call some where else to get help. Awesome business practice there!
