Bobby responded quickly to a quote request to install recessed lights in the kitchen to better illuminate a dining table. His recommendation on number of lights was perfect and his extra effort to match as closely as possible the existing lights appreciated. He was quick and thorough in his work and personable in his demeanor. He needed to create three small holes in the ceiling to complete the job and had a recommendation at the ready for a drywall contractor to repair the holes. The holes were repaired the very next day. We are SUPER happy with the amount of light and the look of the fixtures. Thank you, Bobby, for a job well done :)

Tom is now my wife and I’s new go to electrician! After 3 days of no heat and waiting for our home warranty company to locate a contractor to fix the issue, we were facing another 4 days with no heat. After going back and forth with our home warranty company they approved for us to use an outside contractor of our choice. Being our first time dealing with an issue like this we luckily found Tom online and I can’t tell you how very delighted we are that we did! After explaining what was going on and how we were facing 4 more days without heat, he wasted no time to come out late into the evening after his work day was done just fix the issue! He was extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and got the job done in no time. His prices, even on short notice, were very reasonable for what the job was. We will be contracting Tom again soon for some projects we have planned for the future. Highly recommended.

I am a licensed contractor & have been for over 24 years. We build swimming pools so our need for licensed electricians is somewhat different to most trades. I need electricians with trenchers rather than ladders. Out work is primarily underground & adds on to existing services more like remodeling. There are very intense safety regulations when you add electricity to water. Arc is always ahead of the curve on code & local requirements. They work with the inspectors & building departments in a very professional manner. I can’t tell you that during the hundreds of projects we have done together they have never had a conflict with an inspector, what I can tell you is that on the rare occasion that it has happened it has been corrected expeditiously with no debate. The word that describes them is “professional” .
