Hi. My name is Jennifer. I needed immediate electrical help as I lost power to all of my outlets in my living room. I was VERY nervous as to who to call as I’ve never really needed electrical care before in my home. I asked friends who they would recommend and they were unable to give me names. First, after making the initial phone call, On Time Electric showed up to my home in an hour. The electrician who came to my home was Perry. Perry was phenomenal!!!!!! He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and explained the problems I had and offered many solutions to fix. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. The price I paid didn’t include any hidden costs and was VERY reasonable!! I'm very glad I found LiveWire. I discovered some older wiring when upgrading insulation that I had been previously unaware of. That's all fixed now, and it was very good work done at a fair price. Highly recommend LiveWire, it will be the first call I make next time.

This was my first time I needed to get an outlet installed in my bathroom. Tommy came through and installed the outlet. He also figured out we needed to update our panel that was outdated and had no surge protector. The whole process was great. I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of me like I have with other companies. He was super transparent and informative and I will be a repeat customer for sure going forward.

Mo was responsive and very easy to deal with. He fixed our issue with our kitchen GFCI outlets. I would use him again with any electrical issue in my home.

Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an important business call. I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.
