Mr Crawford is a true professional. He called to give us an estimated arrival time and was perfectly on time. He then listened to our issues, assessed the problem, told us how he would fix it, and fixed it in very little time. After we paid (i.e. not on the clock) he stayed to listen to any questions / concerns we had. Without question we will work with Bates Electric and ask for Mr. Crawford again.

Jacob Palmer was fantastic, I recommend this company, they are hands down the best electrical company in Charlotte, I have used then several times!

I called because of a wall outlet that started smoking and had to be shut off at the breaker. Jay showed up in just a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me an affordable quote and had the repair done quickly.
