We used Viva Electric to install some lighting in our closets and dimmer switches in several rooms. They were on time, friendly and professional. If we could give Honesty Electric a 10 we would. Luis responded to the request through HomeAdvisor after the first electrician did not show up. Luis showed up, requested to come early, was extraordinarily respectful of my home and family. His work was impeccable, he confirmed understanding of the requests, demonstrated all was working when it was complete and asked if everything was done to our satisfaction.

I can honestly say that I am thrilled the first electrician did not show up. If I have any electrical work to do, my first and only call will be to Luis at Honesty Electrical!

Edwin was fantastic! After coming out for a consultation, we were able to book him for the work the exact same week. He worked quickly and efficiently and took care of a number of small electrical needs that we had around the house - installing an outdoor outlet, fixing two non working outlets, installing timers on some of our light switches for our outdoor lighting, and adding a new receptacle to our garage to support a treadmill. Highly recommend Edwin and we will be using him for all future electrician needs.

I got hold of Nate at 8 pm for an electrical problem on the thermostat to my air conditioner. He came out and although initially he could not find the problem, he kept checking and because he did so the problem was found, repaired, and I am so happy. Also great to know that he is available for other jobs too. Will definitely use him again.
UPDATE: Nate's fix lasted only 1 day. Okay, no problem. Sometimes you don't get it right on the first try. However when I called the next day to advise of the problem he said it would be a couple hours before he got to me. Well, it took him 3.5 hours and only after I sent a text reminding that he said a couple hours with no update or communication from him. I feel he is inexperienced when it comes to customer service. Hopefully the problem will not reoccur.
