Best Emergency Electrician in Charlotte NC

Needed a outlet installed at my business. didn't have what was needed the day of service...quoted me a price...didn't change. Came back the next day and it was done! Little pricey but I know it's being done right and they'll come back if something goes wrong!

Scheduled service a week in advance. When he did not show up on time I texted him, no response, I called him and he said that he would be an hour late. After 2 more hours I texted again, called again, no response. He never showed up. Never let me know that he was not showing up. Extremely unprofessional.

Very personable and well spoken, he explained the mechanics of my issue, my options for getting the breaker up and running again without a sales pitch for stuff I didn’t need or want. It's easier than I thought getting electrical work done with COVID and the semiconductor shortage. Anyway, Bates was excellent. The electrician knew his stuff and did not mess anything up. He got everything done a lot faster than I expected for a project as big as the one I had. I’d hire them again for another project.

I had an outlet that needed repair and they were able to come out much more quickly than other companies to fix it and did their best to keep the cost down for the work.

Killian was able to come out within hours and fixed our blown out fuse within minutes. Very friendly, helpful and looking forward to hiring them fora bigger project.

My home builder works with Romanoff for HVAC needs. Today a diligent HVAC repairman by the name of Robert came to address an issue I had with the AC. Robert was quick to troubleshoot the problem and went even further as to suggest how to solve the root issue (the breakers and labels were switched for the heavy appliances — range and AC unit) even though it wasn't the AC unit itself. It took him all of about 15 minutes. It was incredible to watch him work. Thank you Robert and Romanoff!
