Sky Electric came today and replaced out some fixtures for us. Ronnie put up new lights at our front and back doors, a chandelier in our kitchen, and a ceiling fan with lights in our family room. He was professional and courteous and friendly. I plan on calling him in the future if we have other electrical installation needs.

Lisa at GB Electric saved us a bunch of time and money. First, we didn’t hire BG because we didn’t have to. I’d already talked to five other electricians before contacting GB. No one could help same day with a reasonable dispatch fee (the one who could was like $360 just to show up without any other work). Lisa listened to the problem and suggested we call Duke Power and ask them to check the “legs” of the power coming into our house. We called, Duke pinged our address and determined we were getting only half power. They sent someone out and it was fixed same day. Lisa saved us the GB $169 dispatch fee. She was knowledgeable, HONEST, and easy going. 10/10 will hire GB and Lisa if I need electric service. Very impressed.

Had a sudden loss of AC after another contractor performed annual mtce. They (CinC) said was lack of adequate attic insulation & other misc. reasons. After 2 months of back & forth, we called Adams. Jim (Adams) determined our problem was not any that CinC stated. Eddie (Adams) came out & determined the cause immediately! Corrected & had AC in 10 minutes! Subsequently contracted Adams to do duct overhaul. Juan & team did the job in short order & fixed an upstairs cooling issue we had for years. From start to finish - Adams performed exceptionally! Highly recommend - great job folks!

Great Company to work for

I worked Watson a few years ago as a helper, the job wasn’t bad at first. Work was good, but once the months continue treatment did too. As projects got hard so did pressure. Hours were also good at first then thing declined. I been in the Electrical field prior to Watson and made a lot more money with other company’s but once my main Forman quit, Forman by the name of Parker stepped in and let his ego take over. The issue was brought to Matt’s attention but nothing happened. With threats of no lunch, being left for the shuttle while being on time and trying to take away hours/pay for personal reasons that had nothing to do with the employees working(wasn’t just me) with that being said I removed myself from the job and found a great job that treats me like a great employee that I am. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst opportunity at all but no employee deserves to be mistreated on any job. Had to share my experience.

Zapp Electric is by far the easiest electrical company I have ever dealt with. I have had bad experiences with other electrical companies like hidden fees, not doing a good job, or just plain destroying my property. Zapp Electric on the other hand takes pride in their work. They never leave a mess and they get the job done in a timely manner. The owner Zack was very nice and upfront on any costs and what they were for. From what I am told, each employee has years of experience and they wouldn't hire anyone without it. I mean you can't get an electrical license without years of experience anyway. So rest assured Zapp Electric will do the best job possible and leave you with the upmost relief of not having to worry that your electrical service is dangerous or against code in any way. After using Zapp Electric I promise they will be the ONLY company I call for electrical repairs or installations.

The electrician that came to our home was very professional. He was efficient, knowledge and has patience. I will use this company again for any future projects and recommend them as well.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.

My complaint may not alarm most but it truly upset me. I was contacted by this vendor to repair some outlets that my Home Warranty Company contracted with. The tech called today 10/28 to say they were in my area and wanted to see if we were available for them to come out. At no time during this brief call was I informed of addl’ fees. As I wasn’t home my husband was aware of them coming out and servicing our home. At time of payment we were charged the deductible of $100 (no problem) and a charge to use debit/credit card of $10.75!!!! $10.75 to use my card!!! If I was told of this fee I surely would have gotten cash for payment. $10.75 is outrageous especially during a pandemic for multiple reasons. 1. Covid spread 2. Safety of tech or customer 3. Guarantee tender (no fake bills)
