Carolina Electric Pros were outstanding. They came in and mounted a new 55’ tv and set up speakers all around my pool and patio. Tom did a great job discovering what our problem was. Our garage didn't work ONLY when it rained which was really odd. He came out on the SAME day and helped to fix the problem. It is still raining and our garage is now working. It was also really affordable. Tom was easy to get along with and made the experience a pleasant one. We would use him again in the future!

Ronnie came to the house, identities the issue, and fixed it…. All in about twenty minutes. Highly recommend.

The Greensboro technician, Thomas Rivera, was very knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. He explained my outside receptacle configuration to me and what needed to be done. When he got here I had no power going to my koi pond, and when he left I had power to the koi pond and happy koi. The person who answered the call at the office was also very nice and knowledgeable and got me on the schedule quickly. Thomas was right on time and called me to let me know when he was an hour out. Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an important business call. I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.
