David and Jordan did a great job installing a couple of ceiling fans and an outlet in my garage.They were on time and left everything tidy.

Bobby was very knowledgeable and responsive during initial discussion by phone. He was honest, open, and provided different options. He was available quickly after original phone call to request service, and when he came out he was prompt, quick, and very courteous.

AJ went above and beyond to get a service established for our subdivision’s irrigation system. He worked with Duke to get it all put together. Very fast and easy!!

Roman is not licensed and does work without a license. When he needs a permit he uses the licence of a master electrician. This is illegal in North and South Carolina. Customers beware. Ask him for his Master Electrician license. Does not have one. Dishonest

My complaint may not alarm most but it truly upset me. I was contacted by this vendor to repair some outlets that my Home Warranty Company contracted with. The tech called today 10/28 to say they were in my area and wanted to see if we were available for them to come out. At no time during this brief call was I informed of addl’ fees. As I wasn’t home my husband was aware of them coming out and servicing our home. At time of payment we were charged the deductible of $100 (no problem) and a charge to use debit/credit card of $10.75!!!! $10.75 to use my card!!! If I was told of this fee I surely would have gotten cash for payment. $10.75 is outrageous especially during a pandemic for multiple reasons. 1. Covid spread 2. Safety of tech or customer 3. Guarantee tender (no fake bills)

*** Be weary of hidden fees with this company because if they charge $10.75 to use debit card imagine how much they’re overcharging for repairs**

I called another electrician prior who was 8 times higher in price AND couldn’t be bothered with a small job.
Theo and Chris were absolutely fantastic. They were very quick and the price was as low as it could possibly be.
Mr Electric was as close to perfect as I’ve ever seen. I’ll be calling them for all my electrical needs and asking for Theo and/or Chris in the future.

I am very pleased with their work. They replaced all the electrical components that comes from the power lines to my home. Also installed the pole that holds the meter. They handled all the permits, called the electric company etc.
They were very dependable, on time and friendly. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. I definitely will use them again when I need electrical work.
